I spent some time in Lima and was very excited to try the food here because it looked very authentic. It did not disappoint. We had appetizers, drinks, and our main meal. Our service was great, but we were also the only people in the restaurant. There were plenty of orders going out the door for to go. I really liked the chicken à la brasa. Nextime I will try the ceviche
Amazing food, Victor was out severe. Peruvian food is my new favorite! It’s like Mexican food but fine dining! The atmosphere is awesome in Pisco Sour and the Pisco Sour itself is so deliciosa! Super clean, friendly staff, and delicious food! The buffet is from 10:30-3:30, other than that it’s made to order!
It was a sleepy Monday early evening when I decided to go to Pisco Sour. Little did I know that the name comes from their signature drink, the pisco sour. I ordered a glass of Malbec of course. I ordered seafood, a traditional dish(there are many on the menu). The salsa was fresh with lime, onion and tomato, the seafood was cooked perfectly and the potatoes were also deliciously done..not too done. I finally asked Victor, my knowledgeable and friendly waiter, about the Pisco Sour....
