come to popeyes come to popeyes! last year i recommended this place to absolutely everyone so i am extremely shocked and disgusted by my experience today. the chicken looked straight out of the walk in to a microwave. it looked white??? and was limp.
They also didn’t give me my sauce nor utensils which is wild so i had to come back twice. I’m not the queen of sheba, I’m just a broke college kid, so i wasn’t expecting a bow or sobs, but a “my bad” would have sufficed. instead she just gave me my stuff without addressing me at all.
i am super sad and disappointed i barely ever go out to eat so this was such an awful waste of money and i find myself distraught.
only pro is the biscuit and coleslaw wasnt bad.
service is bad food is bad i dont recommend and i apologize to everyone i told to come here. something bad has happened over the past year. stay away.

It’s in the mall but it’s probably the best Popeyes in Denver. The staff is fast, the food was as good as Popeyes will ever be. The biscuit was even soft.

The best Popeyes I’ve ever had. The food is always hot good quality people are very nice. I don’t know why it has such a low rating, but it’s honestly my favorite Popeyes to go to.

Went through the drive-through, but they did not let me down. The food was amazing.

Wow. Don't even think of going inside to order food. It took forever to get service and get the food. They were just busy trying to move the cars through the drive though. Next time just stay in your car and go drive through instead of dining inside. They should just close the dining options and only open up drive through ONLY.

I had a terrible experience at Popeyes today. The staff falsely accused me of being rude to the cashier, which is completely untrue. The cashier didn't use gloves or wash his hands before preparing my food, which is highly unsanitary.When I was at the counter, Sarah, the shift leader, jumped in front of the cashier and screamed at me, saying, "Don't talk to him like that," in a very condescending and chastising tone. She claimed I was snapping my fingers, which was impossible since my right hand was holding my phone and my left hand is injured. I apologized if she felt that way, but I told her she owed me an apology for assuming things and speaking to me in that manner. Sarah refused and continued to deflect the issue.I believe if I were a white woman and not biracial, I would have been treated differently. I felt ganged up on by Sarah and other supervisors who weren't even present during the incident. This is not how you operate a business.On top of this, my food was disgusting. It was not fresh and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. I took two bites and had to throw it away. The team is rude, racist, and all around uncouth.To make matters worse, they do not wear gloves when preparing food, and when I requested they do, I was accused of being rude. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location as well Sarah ignored my request of my full refund of my food. And refused to refund my money, and instead continued to oscillate on False accusations.---

If I could list each person's name I would every single member of this team I have met so far at least has provided excellent customer service atmosphere and the food is ALWAYS Amazing!!! (of course). Not only that though the members of the team who interacted with me encouraged me to buy and try new things and I was inspired and grateful! Thank you
