Walked in to an empty restaurant, two employees saw me walk in, then ignore me until I had to literally say “uhm hello” , after an eye roll (not kidding) they seemed less than enthusiastic about doing their job. I know it may not be a fun job, but this place needs customer service training.

To start with I was greeted by I'm guessing the manager, who clearly didn't want to be there, I think he was p#ssed I even showed up. Went for the salad, the powerhouse salad to be exact. The lettuce was wilty and opposite of fresh. The chicken was unrecognizable and chewy, and the dressing was a tad bit pungent. Should have gone with a sandwich, because that was beyond disappointing.

Terrible SERVICE! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. They’re very messy they don’t clean their stations. I’m a person who does not eat pork and I asked the young lady if she can clean their scale before weighing my meat and she said she didn’t need to clean because it’s already clean, I had gotten the mediterranean chicken sandwich, and she used her glove!!! No a spoon or a spatula HER GLOVE !! To spread my hummus on my sandwich ?? I will be contacting corporate for this matter because this is so unprofessional!!! DONT EAT HERE AT ALL !!

Very friendly staff, managed to understand the menu. Delicious sandwich and salad, but there are many more dishes that I plan to try. By the way, this place is not far from my place of work, so there is an opportunity to visit the establishment during my lunch break.

The staff was extremely rude. I have never had such terrible customer service. I love Potbelly but after the experience today not sure if I will want to go back. There was one person who was not rude. Not sure of their name but it was the younger cashier gentleman. But the other female and male worker have terrible customer service. Maybe consider some customer service training.

Update:Trying to be real. Lowered. One add on ingredient wasn't added. Changed it up this time on sandwiches and found it alright regardless.Previously:Y'all have dethroned my previous favorite sandwich shop so far (they were fav for like I think over a decade).Look forward to many great meals.

I ordered for picked up at 12 at the one in lone tree Colorado, park meadows area, where Home Depot at. I came before 1130 since it’s my break so when I came I asked the older man if hi he said he is manager then he said go to that girl, go to the line and asked the lady who piled the kind of bread( first who asked you about the order) then she said she has 2 order in front of me so after that she will make my bread as soon as possible. Took them 30 minutes. I asked the manager. He then started to argue with me and kept saying u order at noon and told me you didn’t wait for 30 minutes. The fact that this is my lunch hour of course I know and I time it too. And for a manager to start arguing and called me a lier about the time is unacceptable. Unfortunately I ordered to go again at 4 today 10/ 25 / 23 later today I had already paid so gotta pick it up but this is my last time to deal with un professional and un productive peeps. So sad the company hired a manager like him and the lady who first didn’t say sorry because she heard what I said didn’t owned her mistake is the biggest down fall in my eyes.
