8/10/25- I got the medium size and the overall quality to price was not worth it. The chicken salad was very bland and so dry it sucked the moisture out of your mouth. Even having them add mayo and their garlic sauce to it didn't help because the base chicken salad was a disaster. I don't know if they make the chicken salad in house or get it already made, but this chicken salad needs some real help. The meal deal is also not worth it. They only have one brand of chips, lots of different flavors, but all the different chips for this brand are not good and the bags barely have a 3rd of the bag filled with chips. Also we had a hard time finding a clean table and had to clean one ourselves. I've had better experiences at different locations in the past, but it's been at least 5 years since I have been to one. I remember the food being good and a good price for the quality, but that doesn't seem to be the case now.

Ever since Quizno's went the way of the sub dodo, I found it hard to get a toasted sub that felt worth it.

Potbelly heard my pleas, came to me in a dream, and proceed to yell its coordinates into my dome.

Then I arrived, a clean, rustic eatery awaited me with smells of toasted vread and a cheesey soup. It was fate in which I indulged in.

First and foremost; The place is basically what I wanted from a toasted sub place for many years, and they got to my order with the quickness. The food got to me piping hot and ready.

A classic meatball sub to test this joint out works like it always does, cannot go wrong. And with that and the juices they had on tap, they made it clear I need to come back.

Usually good but I’m dissatisfied. The drink station was down and the bathrooms were closed. Who’s gonna have a sandwich with no drink? And a paying customer can’t use the restroom? Unacceptable. Don’t plan on coming back for a while, highly recommend the other location.

How hard is it to make a sandwich correctly? I ordered two Italians on DoorDash. One sandwich came without cheese, but both were delivered without onions, hot peppers, Italian dressing, and mustard. A sandwich is one of the most basic meals a person can make. Obviously, the employees here work below basic standards.

Exceptional Staff and Service.

Walked in to an empty restaurant, two employees saw me walk in, then ignore me until I had to literally say “uhm hello” , after an eye roll (not kidding) they seemed less than enthusiastic about doing their job.
I know it may not be a fun job, but this place needs customer service training.

Not returning.

One of my favorite sandwich spots. The right amount of crisp, the right amount of toppings. My friend was unhappy with his salad, but I really think you should get a sandwich here anyways.

To start with I was greeted by I'm guessing the manager, who clearly didn't want to be there, I think he was p#ssed I even showed up. Went for the salad, the powerhouse salad to be exact. The lettuce was wilty and opposite of fresh. The chicken was unrecognizable and chewy, and the dressing was a tad bit pungent. Should have gone with a sandwich, because that was beyond disappointing.

Terrible SERVICE! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. They’re very messy they don’t clean their stations. I’m a person who does not eat pork and I asked the young lady if she can clean their scale before weighing my meat and she said she didn’t need to clean because it’s already clean, I had gotten the mediterranean chicken sandwich, and she used her glove!!! No a spoon or a spatula HER GLOVE !! To spread my hummus on my sandwich ?? I will be contacting corporate for this matter because this is so unprofessional!!! DONT EAT HERE AT ALL !!

Very friendly staff, managed to understand the menu. Delicious sandwich and salad, but there are many more dishes that I plan to try. By the way, this place is not far from my place of work, so there is an opportunity to visit the establishment during my lunch break.
