The staff was extremely rude. I have never had such terrible customer service. I love Potbelly but after the experience today not sure if I will want to go back. There was one person who was not rude. Not sure of their name but it was the younger cashier gentleman. But the other female and male worker have terrible customer service. Maybe consider some customer service training.

Update:Trying to be real. Lowered. One add on ingredient wasn't added. Changed it up this time on sandwiches and found it alright regardless.Previously:Y'all have dethroned my previous favorite sandwich shop so far (they were fav for like I think over a decade).Look forward to many great meals.

We enjoyed eating at Potbelly in Illinois, so I was pleased to see one in Colorado. We were on our way to Ikea and decided to stop in for lunch. The interior looked familiar and relaxed, just like I remembered. I ordered the skinny roast beef sandwich with blue cheese and their vegetable soup. I opted not to have any other toppings added to the sandwich though there were many I could have chosen. Every time I go, I'm tempted to get a milkshake but again I didn't. Though I did make a last minute grab of one of their chocolate chip brownies that was at the register.The food was delicious and my memories of warm, comforting meals at Potbelly remain.

I ordered for picked up at 12 at the one in lone tree Colorado, park meadows area, where Home Depot at. I came before 1130 since it’s my break so when I came I asked the older man if hi he said he is manager then he said go to that girl, go to the line and asked the lady who piled the kind of bread( first who asked you about the order) then she said she has 2 order in front of me so after that she will make my bread as soon as possible. Took them 30 minutes. I asked the manager. He then started to argue with me and kept saying u order at noon and told me you didn’t wait for 30 minutes. The fact that this is my lunch hour of course I know and I time it too. And for a manager to start arguing and called me a lier about the time is unacceptable. Unfortunately I ordered to go again at 4 today 10/ 25 / 23 later today I had already paid so gotta pick it up but this is my last time to deal with un professional and un productive peeps. So sad the company hired a manager like him and the lady who first didn’t say sorry because she heard what I said didn’t owned her mistake is the biggest down fall in my eyes.

First time trying here. Will be my last!Placed online order and went to go pick it up. I walked through the door and didn’t notice where to pick up since it was my first time. The gal working didn’t say hi or anything and I told her I was there to pick up an order. Told her my name and she rudely said it was at the “to-go” area and she pointed to it. She acted like I was an inconvenience because I was there and asked a simple question.Geez lady, no need to be so freaking rude to me!If you enjoy rude employees, come here!I’m never, ever coming back to this place again! First time, also my last time!Is that how you like to treat paying customers?!Food wasn’t even that good! Waste of money for bad service and overpriced food!

I've seen this chain before but never stopped. So we were in the area and decided to give it a try. The service was good, quick and the people welcoming.The food was good but not special. It was a decent sandwich but not one I'd drive across town for. I think of it like a McDonalds for sandwiches. Good but not great

Showed up at around 5pm on a Saturday wanting to try this place for the first time.Waited in the Que at the register and did not see a single staff member. Thinking they may have been in the back getting supplies or in the restroom we waited about seven and a half minutes. Time enough for someone to pop their head out and see if there were any customers.We left without seeing anyone.Parking: Plenty of parking, shares lot with big box retailer.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant, ramps in decent locations.
