We enjoyed a nice lunch here today. It was our first visit, and we really enjoyed the house made chips, salsa, guacamole, and tortillas. The steak/chicken fajita combo was almost one of the best we’ve had in the area. If they were served hot they would be outstanding. The plating is nice, but it doesn’t retain the heat like most fajita skillets do.

Went in there a few times and got take out. First time was great second was pretty good and third was absolutely horrible. I asked for the smother sauce on the side this last time and this is what I got. No sauce on the side. The burrito isn't even full, it doesn't look good at all and I said no tomato's and they gave me extra tomato's....

Fine location, nice staff and spacious for any size reservation. Upstairs seating offers a little more privacy for work or personal events. Close to several night life spots if out for night on the town. Great food and drinks as always, definitely a spot to check out for your next dinner or occasion!

My grand daughter and i love to come here, it seems that each time our service and food get better and better. Our server, Wes was absolutely amazing, we will be asking for him again. Thank you Rio Grande for always being so welcoming and friendly!

We had a great weekday lunch this Thursday at Rio Grande in Lone Tree. From the hostess’ greeting at the door to the friendly attention from our server Juan, it was clear that diners are valued guests there.
We had the chicken quesadilla and salad lunch special and the three taco lunch special. The servings were generous, priced right and perfectly portioned for a mid-day meal. No need to bring a takeout container home as we happily finished our meals.
One treat worth mentioning: the $14.50 taco lunch special allows diners to choose their mix between a tasty shishito relleno taco with green salsa, a cilantro lime grilled chicken, a baja fish with Mexican crema or a grilled skirt steak version for an additional $1.
Overall Rio Grande gets lunch right, and judging by the steady traffic of happy shoppers, families and business diners we are among many who enjoy this Park Meadows local gem.

My favorite menu item was their verde chicken enchiladas and they recently took them away. I won’t be back because of it. Since they didn’t have the green chicken enchiladas I got the fajitas tonight and the meat was practically raw. They should be asking how you want the fajitas cooked if they’re gonna charge 24 dollars for them. They also only had 6 strips of meat. Now that the caddy shack cantina is next door I’ll just go there unless they bring the verde enchiladas back.
