This was terrible. Tuesday afternoon, around 5 or so. The food court itself was busy, but no one was ordering here. (Should have taken that as a sign or at least checked the reviews first) The plain pizza did look burnt, you could say, but we still went with it. It was so old and dry that the cheese didn't pull, and it was like it was made without sauce. Unfortunate because it didn't LOOK half bad. Just throw it out and make a new one. Goodness.

Went here a while ago for a soda. The soda was flat. The next one I tried was also flat and he poured it with no ice. Warm, flat soda. I told him he could just take it back. They didn’t know how to provide a refund.

Double charged my card and with no proper training, cashiers were unable to give me a refund. Reached out to corporate for resolution, but I'm doubtful it will be resolved. Unless you like paying double, talking $42 for two slices of pizza, two bread sticks, and two drinks, I'd literally go anywhere else.

the mac n cheese is the same stuff bought in bulk for my high school but theyre charging 8 dollars. the spaghetti was alright but the sauce was way too liquidy. not a bad experience but for 43 dollars it shouldve been better

My 9-year-old daughter bought a slice of pizza for $6.80. She gave them a $10 bill and the guy told her that he didn't have change. I walked up with my daughter a few minutes later and asked about the change and he said that she told him to keep the change. I shared that my daughter provided a different perspective and demanded change. Somehow, once I demanded the change he was able to make it happen. When he opened his register, although it appeared that there were no singles in there, there was a role of quarters. He could have easily given her 12 quarters to make up the $3.
I was disappointed that the worker took advantage of my daughter.

First, this place is FILTHY. I should have left as soon as I noticed. Unfortunately, I went ahead and ordered baked ziti and a caesar salad. Cheese on the salad was bad and the ziti was cold. Buyer Beware!
