It's Shake Shack in a mall. You're definitely not going to get huge, glowing experiences here.

That being said, it was not a terrible experience either. Guessing being in Park Meadows Mall, you are priviledged to get pretty decent service. In spite of the whole food court being hot and stuffy on our trip, we still got service and they did priorotize getting our drinks out to us after payment to get us cooled down.

The food itself is what you expect, regardless; Greasy (but good) cheeseburgers. And that's why you go to Shake Shack, otherwise you are just hurting yourself.

All I ordered was a milk shake, it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get one. When I asked my manager for my money back he said there was a long line of shakes but the entire time no one was making a single shake. If you’re getting that many shake orders then you should have a dedicated shake maker and not someone that’s being pulled aside for food orders. Won’t be coming here again.

Way to expensive for portion sizes

Came here with two of my grandchildren and was very excited to try the new green chocolate that’s very popular right now. The burgers were delicious and the drink was beyond. As an avid pistachio lover the chocolate milkshake was like a taste of heaven in my mouth. 🤨the price was i lil wild but the taste was even more wild so it’s okay.

The General Manager Mr Gregory Franklin was kind enough to replace the Beef with chicken sandwiches even though the order was placed wrongly by us. Highly recommended.

Shack shack has amazing burgers and usually amazing staff. Not so much for the staff at the mall I got here at 7:45 and the person in the register refused to serve me a drink because they were closing? Unacceptable. It’s not closing time yet you’re supposed to serve your customers. Just disrespectful

Birthday promos from various spots is something I like to do every year. And it is always buying something along with it and tipping very well as a thank you. Shake shack was our 6th stop of the day and the only place that gave us a hard time. The manager first told me “we don’t do that” in a tone like I’m some kind of freeloader. I told him I saw it online. He asked “where online?” as if I was lying or something. And when I showed him where it said it, he said I have to do it through the app, in a very rude “duh” kind of tone. After trying to get it to work on the app for a little bit, I got frustrated and left. Not a freeloader. Not a liar. Not dumb. Definitely not a customer anymore.
