This is a Shake Shack, it's not great, it's not bad. Burgers are 7/10 and cheese fries are 7/10. Speed of service was ok- took ~8mi to get order of 2 burgers, cheese bacon fries, and regular fries. Good place to go if you're nearby but not a destination spot.

So I have only been a few times (more than other places I also Love) but their cashiers and cooks Keep bringing me back because not only is the food made Amazingly Every time thus far but their Staff has gone Above And Beyond to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in ALL categories (I am Terrible with my memory but so far EVERY employee falls into my review) Thank You All!!! 🤗 also my chocolate caramel shake is SOOO GOOD!!!!!!

The older employee who took my order selected a 20% tip for me. I was in shock and didn’t say anything. This is so unnecessary and makes customers not want to go to this location.
