I was previously employed at this location and I will never eat here or encourage anyone else to do so. Lisa, the manager, “didn’t know” the oven needed to be cleaned (daily) for 7+ months!! Absolutely disgusting

Had a horrible experience with an employee. Husband and I showed up 40 minutes before closing said hi to barista who threw her phone on the counter, put her hands up in the air, and informed us she wasn't going to make any drinks that required her to do dishes. My husband and I didn't even know how to respond since we literally just said hi.

passion fruit tea should not taste like water! i continuously receive water with a dash of passion fruit for color. please do better. this should be mostly passion fruit tea and… no the ice was not melted. i got 4 waters!

5 stars for Alyssa because she’s always really kind even when overwhelmingly busy. She makes a delicious oat milk brown sugar espresso shaken thing (much better than the folks at the stand alone Starbucks down the street).

2 big backs of trash left by the coffee making station that I needed to work around. And no employee was in a rush to pick it up even when I said something.
