Drive through problem they make you wait 10 minutes minimum to pay for your order almost like they are doing it on purpose so you don't come back.

The woman Maddie at the register taking orders is very rude. I came up to order a few things with my children and she acted like we ruined her day. Talking to us as if we were not worth helping. You should get a friendlier person to take orders. Or possibly don’t have her interact with people.

After waiting ten minutes at the pickup counter with not a single staff asking about my order. A manger at the drive trough finally came over to ask me. The person handling the take out orders said “you should have said something.” WOW just wow.

This is the Starbucks I often go to. Yesterday me and my cousin ordered Matcha latte iced and literally after one hour right after we came home we had stomach upset and had stomach ache all night. We come here regularly and this never happened. Looks like they have used expired milk or something like that. I am not sure though. It tasted little different than usual and I thought something was different in the process of making the drink. I notified the barista as well. They said it could be because of extra 1 scoop of matcha powder. I told them I order the same every time. The baristas should be careful of such things. We both still feel weak and sick. This is unacceptable. It’s someone’s else health by you guys negligence.

So their staff was super nice which was refreshing! They were also very apologetic that my travel order wasn't written up correctly. However, I am unclear how 5:30 becomes 7:30. I asked what time they opened and we spoke of the time I needed it a couple of times. Even saying that I needed to be at work by 6:00

They rushed to get everything done, and thankfully I wasn't late to work. However, when you take the time to come in the day before to preorder and pay for everything so you can grab and go. Waiting is an unnecessary stress because they wrote up the other incorrectly

Perhaps giving the customer a copy of the order would avoid such confusion.

The employee who rang me up was new and forgot to charge me for an add on. I know this because I overheard her supervisor correcting her about it. When I got my drink, the supervisor MADE A POINT to tell me the new person’s mistake, and that i got the add on anyway. I told her there was no need to call out her coworker like that. Y’all gotta put better people in leadership. That was embarrassing, and I hope the new employee gets a raise for putting up with that supervisor.

I stopped in for a coffee and treat this afternoon. My timing was great: there was no wait and plenty of sitting at clean tables available. The barista was friendly and the drinks and pastries were served quickly they were also very good.

I've gone to this Starbucks usually at least once a week for the last couple of years and no matter who is there, they always have great energy, a helpful attitude, and patience. This is a well managed store with good people and I will continue going here.

They also had a bad scanner at the register for the longest time, and I really hope corporate finally sent them a new one.

Much to my disbelief, Starbuck has become the cheapo place. They want to become a premium coffee shop again, well, not filling cups when no ice is ordered is not the way to go and truly reinforces the idea they are the McDonalds of coffee. Today I am actually going somewhere else because this display of cheapness around an already expensive tea is simply unacceptable and if this is the best the new CEO can offer, perhaps they should trade him in for someone who will not take a challenged brand and make it worse (and does not need a jet to get back and forth to work!)
