I've been to a few Starbucks but I've always really liked this one for it's accessibility and walkability from the nearby neighborhood.
The entrance is completely ADA accessible which i love, price is decent for Starbucks, and the food/drinks are almost always warm which is nice. My only complaint is the seating/tables aren't accessible at all and cannot accommodate a power chair. As a disabled customer, this is always something that I think about and would love to see more companies consider.
Another small complaint, this Starbucks can become extremely crowded when busy so if you have claustrophobia, beware 🙂

Don’t come to this Starbucks around 3pm EVER. The drive thru line takes forever. I’m sitting here now and have been in line for over 15 min and I already ordered so I can’t leave the line. Happens every time I come to this location. Service is terrible.

The three times I’ve been there, the staff has seemed unhappy to take my order. Also, this starbucks serves the worst lattes I’ve ever seen. See attached for visual. It’s a shame since it’s in such a nice location.

I don’t want to complain but when I order a $6 coffee and it’s spilled all over the cup & lid I would expect it to be remade I also ordered cold foam on top and all the flavor has spilled out when it was given to me.. on top of that my breakfast sandwich has been cold in the middle 2 days in a roe

The crew here is amazing! I messed up entering my order on the mobile app and they made it right, even though I was the one that made the mistake. They were friendly and prompt and thanks to them, I got to my meeting on time with coffee in hand.

Come here very often and order the frozen tropical citrus energy with strawberry puree. I get the right drink maybe 20% of the time, which is not acceptable at all. If I wanted the tropical citrus iced energy every time, I would pay $3 less and order that!

At 4:35 on a Thursday afternoon the
coffee was lukewarm.
Waited in line for 5 minutes and there is no one taking orders at this store, no movement at all in the drive through line.
