Ordered a venti drip coffee with cream in the drive thru. It was Luke warm so I asked for them to make it hot. The girl was very annoyed. When they steamed it and gave it back, it had no coffee flavor at all. It was a cup of steamed milk. This is not the 1st time this has happened. It’s time to find a coffee house that has customer service and a good product. Starbucks has gone so far downhill. Gas station service and coffee is better.

pulled up to the window and girl with red hair gave us the wrong order, slid it back on the counter because it was wrong but it accidentally slid off. Employee immediately turned cold and started to say a customer was ‘throwing croissants at her’ in the drive through window? We were really confused because she purposely said it loud enough for us to hear and didn’t look back at us so we could apologize or explain the situation. When she finally did look back at us after standing there awkwardly for about 2 minutes we were able to apologize and explain we didn’t mean to slide it off the counter (we are very sheepish people and this embarrassed us a lot, neither of us would ever hurt a fly) which she rudely stated “don’t do it again.” As if we meant to ever do it in the first place. I totally understand what fast food workers go through and why it might’ve started her but the pettiness and lack of kindness we were given even after explaining the accident was totally unprofessional. Will not be returning

Unfortunately every time I get a flat white from here it's never made how a flat light should be. The milk is always sour there's no microfoam, the ristretto tastes terrible. Most other drinks that require no skill at all are fine, but anything you want made properly, probably won't happen. Hey baristas, the steam time for a flat white is 2-3 seconds, not .01 second and then walk away and let the milk go sour since you never made foam into the milk.Sucks too, I went back twice and the second was just as bad as the first.

Ordered a grande vanilla latte with THREE shots of espresso and almond milk. I got a grande almond milk - no espresso shots and no syrup. So basically a cup of steamed almond milk.If I wanted to pay $8 for almond milk I would’ve got it at the grocery store. And even at the grocery store it wouldn’t have been $8.

I was assisted by Jane at the front register. Ordered a black coffee. Went to the restroom and came back and wasn’t ready. I waited at the counter after a few minutes then the lady making drinks at the bar asked what I was waiting for because there were no other drinks being made. Jane then went to dump the current pot of coffee without saying anything. I asked if I needed to wait for a new pot. She just nodded. Went back to my seat and came back 10 minutes later. She asked what she could get me. I said I’m waiting on my coffee. She said she couldn’t make the pot of coffee due to a kidney infection and needed someone else to make it. No apology. I had to ask for an apology to which she nodded waited a few seconds contemplating whether she should do her job and then said sorry about that. The store was not busy and she was standing doing nothing so this is a great example of the unfortunate state of customer service these days. People don’t care. I wasn’t rude at all just wanted the coffee I paid for. And why I no longer tip Starbucks employees

I was completely ignored by the 3 baristas behind the counter. After one of them went to serve a drive thru customer who came through the drive thru after I had been waiting in the store, I left. I won’t be returning to this location in my neighborhood.
