Forgot to make my order, waited 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, when I got to the hospital room it was cold and a completely different sandwich. Horrible!

They are so lovely no matter if you place the order ahead or order when you’re there. Very fast as well for the amount of hospital staff needing their coffee fix. My weakness is ordering ahead while I’m in the parking lot so I can grab and go to work ?

They let you order through the app early in the morning, and then you can’t get in to the Starbucks because of access control to the facility. I called and they told me “tough it is only for nurses before 6am” … then maybe you should not allow me to place an online order without a warning?!

Love this Starbucks they are all so friendly the manager I believe her name is Telesha, seems to be on top of everything. She's always checking on things making sure we are all taken care of. Her attitude is so upbeat & enthusiastic. I love it.

As a fellow employee of this starbucks I am ashamed. do not work here. the management has no idea how to run a business and shouldn't be in the position they are in. the staff has commented many times about how uncomfortable the manager has made everyone feel and how the manager has taken out there problems on the staff (individually) and has made their job, others problems. if you are in the position that you are in as a boss you are supposed to be there for your employees and find coverage when needed. it is not your staffs job. Starbucks please get it together!

Starbucks new employees are very friendly and very helpful, the new GM has in it in tip top shape. 10/10 better than other Starbucks!
