Asked a question about one of the drinks and she looked the other way and mumbled something. The other person making the drinks was way more welcoming and receptive. My drink was good at least...

This unit inside of the Target is terrible. Immature people attending, they look terrible can’t even say a normal “good morning”. They treat us as if they were doing us a favor.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I tried to ask a question about my order and Terry immediately started yelling at me! He proceeded to yell louder When I asked him to lower his voice and refused to make my order. I asked him why he was being so rude and yelling at me and his response was because they have had a busy morning. Regardless of how busy a morning is, there is no excuse for yelling at a customer when they are asking about their order! Terry refused to see how he was treating me and without warning threatened to call the cops. I had not seen him act this way towards other customers and I felt like he was treating me this way because of my skin tone. I would greatly appreciate it if you talked to Terry immediately and get back to me about what is to be done about his reaction to a person of color asking a question at a busy time.Today is July 15th, 2023. And this happened at 11:00am

This place was great, I enjoyed going here while I was shopping, got thirsty and decided to go here and I got a dragonfruit lemonade. Loved the service and when Apple Pay wasn't working, I got it for free. I really enjoyed this place and y would go again

I am NEVER coming here again. We always get a Starbucks when we visit Target and tonight was your last chance. Epic fail again and I have given your location too many chances to redeem yourself. My 10 year old said worst Starbucks in the universe and I agree. The 2 employees working at 5:30 tonight had no idea how to make the drinks, overcharged me, rolled her eyes when I said the drinks were made incorrectly and didn't care. The slushy machine at Target gives better service then your Starbucks employees.

Today I was served regular milk instead of oat milk in my coffee. It wasn't my normal order so I didn't notice the milk until I'd drank quite a bit. I haven't had milk in over ten years and I've had severe stomach pain and been throwing up all day. I don't think I'll visit any Starbucks ever again.

I was there yesterday, ordered a blueberry oatmeal. It had mold all over the blueberries.. this isn't the first time it's happened. I don't think they ever check their blueberry stock. I called once I saw the mold and spoke to Bella on the phone. She was very nice and offered me a refund on my order and told me the next time I come in my order will be of no charge. I was just there again today. The lady at the drive thru was extremely rude, she told me I could "maybe" get a drink for free after what happened. I had mentioned I spoke to the manager yesterday and she was still being rude, after a few minutes she finally gave me my order and was giving me attitude for no reason.

What a miserable experience! I came to the mall to pick up a few clothes and then to stop by Starbucks. The Starbucks line is stretched out the door on a Sunday afternoon, about 20 people deep. I wait in line. 5 minutes later, the line hasn't moved one bit. What are you all doing in there? I left.

when i order a cheese danish and get a f****** chocolate croissant while im in the drive thru. do you really expect me to wait in the drive thru again or park to go in and fix my order. is it that hard to just put the correct food in the bag?

This Starbucks gets a lot of traffic in the mornings, no matter what day of the week. The drive thru line can get really long, so sometimes I don't even jump in line, I just throw on my mask walk inside and within 5 minutes I have my cup of coffee and breakfast muffin. There is plenty of parking to go around but I have not been here while the Asian restaurant next door is open, so I cant judge how full the parking lot can get while balancing both businesses, especially once COVID is over, but for the time being, it should be a quick pickup and go.
