My wife loves fried chicken and I have been waiting for the stars to align between Stuboys Sunday only fried chicken and my wife's craving. Well it finally happened so we went to the joint to check it out. It's a tiny counter only place in the Old Elvis Movie theater building. Total family owned business with Mom, Dad and daughter. You can actually eat in but it's only a few tables in the atrium. At 3pm they were out of ribs and brisket. We were there primarily for the fried chicken anyway. Well the chicken did not disappoint and we got the family meal which is 8 pieces of chicken, 2 16oz sides and Texas toast. I tried the smoked wings with the dry rub. Tasty wings with a a bit of a sweet rub and good smoked flavor. The cost was 5 for 6.50. My order had wings that I thought were smaller than normal. The collard greens had amazing flavor and the fries were yummy. The chicken was sensational with a great crispness and tamed down herb flavor. Can't wait to try some BBQ next time.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I’m not a big BBQ fan outside of the south but holy cow! Everything was yummy and the Nashville hot strips were sooo good, I couldn’t get enough!! I can’t wait to go back!!

I had the pulled pork sandwich with a side of collard greens, and both were delicious! Everything was very flavorful, and the meat was nice and tender. I would love to try the other meats--they have catfish that looks tasty, as well as brisket, ribs, and sausage. Service was lovely, too!

Had a craving for some fried catfish and found this place! Was cripsy but not dry and cooked perfect!! Had the red beans and rice and potatoe salad as sides comes with the Texas toast! All for under $20! Definitely will be back again
Great place!It's hard to find good BBQ in Colorado. This place is by far exceed your expectations. We have ordered multiple times in different quantities, and each time, the food was great. I would definitely recommend trying it out.

I just ordered 2lbs. of pork, 2lbs.of brisket and a rack of rib's. Could not be more impressed. The sides were excellent as well. Great BBQ. Please stay in business as you are right across Kipling from us and are, our new go to. Great job.

Let's be honest. Colorado is not known for great, hell, even decent BBQ. But Stuboy's BBQ is definitely heads above any BBQ joint in Colorado. You can taste the smoke in the food, and it's definitely well worth the visit. I had the ribs, brisket, and bologna sandwich and was instantly reminded of what great BBQ tastes like. Don't wait to stop by Stuboy's and treat yourself. You will not be disappointed.

My son and I went there on a whim on a Friday night. Sure glad we did. Food was great. The owners were as nice as could be too. My son had their smoke bologna with cheese and he freaking loved it. I had the ribs and brisket. Both great, but I especially loved the ribs. I cook a lot of bbq on my own and I'm very picky about bbq, but this place hit on all levels. The beans and Mac & cheese are also worth everyone trying. Please go support these guys. Great bbq, great people.BTW - it's not really a place to sit down and eat. Plan on taking it home to enjoy
