This is our go to Ramen spot in South County. We usually get the karage (fried chicken) appetizer and the various ramens. I also like the Chashu rice bowels.

Disappointing. This is one of my sons favorite place to eat and he said they did not perform like they normally do. Food overall was okay. I was not super surprised or anything. It was average and seemed cooked well. They had only one waitress and she was so over whelmed that even getting water to the table was a struggle. She could not even pay attention to who was new waiting to order drinks versus someone who has already been sitting down for 20 minutes. My son said they aren't usually that busy but I do not think that's a good excuse for poor service. She was very nice and helpful otherwise, Probably one of the most upsetting thigs I saw was people coming in around 7:40 PM and they where telling them they were closed. There was more then two groups that tried to come in and they said "Sorry Kitchen is closed" I want to know why the sign says 8:00PM. That to me is not a good business. They had three cooks so there was no reason for them to close early. Overall, I will never come back here.Parking: Parking is a pain, just park in large lot and walk over.

I love eating noodles and I’ve been here twice and had 2 kinds of ramen from this place so far. They’re Hakata Tonkotsu, and Spicy Tonkotsu and I’m very happy with the flavors!!! I also got some Takoyaki as well as and I have to say, I don’t have to make my own takoyaki anymore, these are good and they actually have octopus pieces in them. Thank you. I’ll be back again and again and again!

The food is really good here! The flavors are on point and the chicken karaage is sooo delicious. But the prices are a little high for how much you get. The chicken karaage is $10 for about 12 little nuggets. The ramen used to come in big bowls filled to the top with broth and ingredients. Now the huge bowls are filled halfway and don't have nearly as much meat or veggies, so the price seems way lest justifiable. The space is also too small and I think they would benefit from a larger restaurant space. I do still think the food tastes really good so I probably will keep coming back, but I don't think it's the best location for ramen due to the other factors.

Got the Karrage appetizer, and for ramen I had Miso and my wife had the Tonkotsu ramen. I've lived in Japan for 7 years and this is the closest thing I've had to authentic Japanese ramen. This is (so far) the BEST ramen place here in Colorado. I've been here three times and they've only really messed up on our order once. They slightly overcooked my wife's noodles but I'll consider it a small slip up because they've been super consistent in the past, and my Miso noodles were great. The highlight of this place is the chashu and the broth. Probably the best I've ever had, and it's always so delicious that you can ACTUALLY finish drinking the entire bowl. (I know, it's unfortunate that the bar is low, but I've been to some pretty horrible ramen places in the US.) The chashu is super fatty and delicious and they don't cheap out on the potion sizes either. The vegetable toppings are good, but putting bok choy is questionable since Japanese ramen typically doesn't include it, but it's nothing for me to be bothered about. The egg was fully marinated and cooked perfectly, not too hard, not too soft. The fried chicken was one of the best Karrage I've had in the US as well and comes with a special sauce. As a recommendation, maybe give a lemon slice to add to the Karrage. Please keep up the great ramen, as I will be back again.

Fresh noodles and delicious tonkotsu broth! So happy to find a really good local ramen shop. And sesame balls too - yummmmm!

Excellent ramen with fresh ingredients and delicious broth flavor! The chicken yakisoba was also well prepared and extra flavorful! We never tried this place before but definitely would come back again. We have dined at many ramen restaurants on the East and West Coasts. This place beats out nearly all other ramen restaurants in other states!

A good tonkatsu broth will heal your soul, and have you feel nourished in ways you can not imagine. This left me actually hungry despite having consumed the whole bowl, and the portion size is excellent. It just lacks that certain something that must exist for it to even be a broth to me.

Good food at reasonable prices. My girlfriend got curry ramen and she loved it. I got an assortment of sides including gyoza and takoyaki. The service, in particular, was excellent. Our waitress was attentive throughout our meal. We'll definitely be eating here again!

Had to send back 2 bowls as the noodles were not even close to being fully cooked. $15.5 a bowl + $2 egg that was cold, not gooey and was basically hard boiled. I was expecting a lot better for a 4.7 rated restaurant but sadly wrong.

hmm I hoped that will have deep ramenish taste but it was little bit like a Chinese chicken soup. Sorry, I like your place, specially your D’VA figure from OVERWATCH, but ramen (just for me) it’s 3/10

Wanted fast healthy food while at Park Meadows. Found Sukiya - awesome! Typical ramen place, but really tasty and authentic. Really nice to have this option instead of the normal food around a mall. Thanks!!!

Loved it. Was in town for work and met up my friend for dinner. Being a chilly November evening I requested something soup-y and she suggested this place. Since she lives locally she had tried other locations but not this newer one in the mall area. It's a smaller restaurant, so I would not recommend this place for larger groups. But it was cozy, and we were seated quickly which was expected for a Wednesday night at 6pm. But at all times the restaurant was decently full of diners and also those ordering takeout. The waitress was nice and helpful as we were trying to decide what to order. I ended up getting the miso ramen and my friend got the kimchi ramen. She loved hers and mine was delicious as well. The miso broth was full bodied and very flavorful without being overly salty. I loved all the veggies, and the noodles had a nice chew texture. We spent about $40 after tax and tip, which was very reasonably priced for the amount of food. Would definitely come back again when I'm in the area.
