Chicken quesadillas are usually a pretty safe bet. Not this time. This one was gross and included some extra burnt stuff. Do better.

I should not have to pull out every item in my drive thru bag each time I go here to ensure I got my whole order... But if I don't...I will 100% hi home missing an item every time. It's beyond frustrating that I can't EVER trust I'll get my full order from the drive thru. And if you actually want more than one chip's worth of cheese with the chips and cheese, you better check the cheese amount before you drive away. It is usually barely 1/4 full every time. I would not go to Taco Bell anymore if my kids didn't want it once in a while... Which is a bummer because I actually do like a lot of their food. But the service is so bad at every location I pretty much refuse to go anymore. I had hopes for this reopened location and it's quickly turned in to the typical - never gets your order right and acts surprised or confused when you ask to get what you actually ordered (including just wanting the hot sauces you requested on the app) - just like all the other locations. Taco Bell... Do better. PLEASE.

Worst service and food I’ve ever eaten. Or tried to eat. That’s if they remember to put your full order in a bag OR if they don’t destroy it while making it. You all should be ashamed and embarrassed for what you are serving people. Not an exaggeration, your food and customer service is down right foul

I ordered Cantina Chicken tacos, that I have gotten before from other locations. It took a long time for my food. And the chicken should not be black. Its either VERY old or very overcooked. Its like jerky.
Do not go to this taco bell. Waste of money.

Twice now in a row my chalupa is not fried or at least not prepared like it’s supposed to be with a limp shell.
The man at the drive thru just told me they only had refrescas, water or coffee to drink. What the heck?. I find it really hard to believe both the soda machine and the freeze machine are out of order. I worked at taco bell and know they run seperate of eachother. Also there was no sour cream on my chalupa.

Ordered quite a few items and spent $40+. Got home and realized my Doritos locos tacos supreme were missing. Two stars though because the beefy 5 layer was honestly the best I’ve ever had.

The last two times we have visited, we have ordered a freeze. They’ll ask us what size and then when we get to the window is when they decide to tell us they don’t have freezes. But they’ll charge for a freeze! Additionally, stop smashing quesadillas on top of everything else, instead of placing at the bottom of the bag like every other location.
Bean burrito also has no red sauce. Kinda bummed.

We wanted to try the new Taco Bell. I order 4 crunchy tacos, a burrito supreme and some cinnamon twists. We get home and open our bag. We have 3 crunchy tacos and a doritos taco, all of which had broken shells. That's it. The sticker on the bag read exactly what we ordered. How can you screw that up?? And it was $17.00. Last trip for us there.
