I should not have to pull out every item in my drive thru bag each time I go here to ensure I got my whole order... But if I don't...I will 100% hi home missing an item every time. It's beyond frustrating that I can't EVER trust I'll get my full order from the drive thru. And if you actually want more than one chip's worth of cheese with the chips and cheese, you better check the cheese amount before you drive away. It is usually barely 1/4 full every...
The last two times we have visited, we have ordered a freeze. They’ll ask us what size and then when we get to the window is when they decide to tell us they don’t have freezes. But they’ll charge for a freeze! Additionally, stop smashing quesadillas on top of everything else, instead of placing at the bottom of the bag like every other location.
