Visiting from Southern CA, so I thought I wouldn't be able to find a good Vietnamese restaurant here, but I was wrong! This gives comparable quality to socal!

We tried the BBQ meat + rice plate and Pho. Pho had great broth, and BBQ meat was perfectly tender with sauce that's a little too sweet but has adequate heat.

Beware of “To-Go” orders as the containers they use for their broth are not anywhere near suitable to take home. They will melt and create a huge mess and potentially ruin your vehicle or cause severe burns to passengers. After making it home with a soupy mess in a bag that was also on the verge of melting, we called the restaurant back and asked for a refund or store credit only to be told with a sarcastic chuckle “it is not our fault, but bring the food back and we will refund you.” we were expected to bring our melting bag back full of broth before any compensation was considered. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing service experience.

This is the best Vietnamese food we have ever had, and we’ve tried a LOT. The family that runs this business is amazing and they are truly gifted at what they do. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Eating at Taste of Vietnam makes any day better.

This is the only Vietnamese food that compares to New Saigon now that they are closed- in fact, I think the egg rolls are better!! Incredible spring rolls and grilled meats and the fresh herbs and veggies are unreal. So clean and fast and great service. 10/10

Literally one of the best noodle bowls in Denver. Top 2! Will definitely be back. They load up the bowls with goodies!!! Can’t wait to try everything else on their menu, too :)

Stopped by with a coworker during lunch and we ordered a bowl of wonton soup and pho. The food was delish! We also needed to split the bill and the server was very gracious doing it for us even when it was busy.
