Dinner at Capital Grille for the first time. I have eaten at the Boston location many times. The service from Sean and the rest of the team was impeccable. Staff were engaging, humorous and attentive. The food was excellent - we all had steak, salad and various sides. Try the Dola martini - absolutely delicious. Coconut cream pie and cheesecake were top notch. Only slight hitches were the warmth of the restaurant on an otherwise cool night and the asparagus being overcooked. We plan to return and are thrilled at this new addition.

I’ve been to Capital Grille in Tampa many times and the service and food at the new Lone Tree location was outstanding. For appetizers we had the cast iron skillet shrimp, sliced NY strip, and Lamp lollipops. For dinner we had the chefs recommended sliced filet with onions and mushrooms which was fantastic. Dessert was the flourless espresso cake. Eric Mysliwiec is an asset to the company and made our visit top notch!

They just recently got open in lone tree. We tried it this afternoon and I have to tell you it was really good and the service was excellent. You gotta forgive them a little bit. They’re still ironing out a few of the bugs, but you won’t even really notice it. When people realize it’s there and it’s open you won’t be able to get in so you better go now.

I brought my daughter to celebrate her birthday and her recent promotion. We knew it was the first week, but we wanted to try it anyway, and we were not disappointed. Our waiter, Abel, took amazing care of us, many people stop by to wish my daughter happy birthday. All of the birthday extras were exceptional, and we had a lovely time. The food was delicious and the steaks were cooked perfectly. We fell in love with Capital Grille all over again ❤️

I have done that Capitol Grill from Philadelphia to Arizona and have always had an excellent experience. But we visited the capital Grille in Lone Tree three days into their opening and they just weren’t up to par. Not a big deal. For starters their plates were cold, which did not keep the food warm. The Bernaise sauce for the steak was nothing more than a hollandaise. They forgot the tarragon very disappointing for a high scaled restaurant. And they never questioned the dining experience after we dropped $750 for Our party of five. But there’s no doubt they will pull this all together over the next few weeks. I am a fan of Capitol Grille.
