Great food so delicious. Place was packed and buzzing. We decided to show up without a reservation and had to wait an hour to be seated. The food was worth the wait. The hostess was gracious and accommodating. Next time we will make sure we make a reservation.

Haven’t had a bad dish here yet, and I think we’ve ordered over half the menu between the two times we’ve eaten here. The dishes are very unique and always flavorful. Only critique is the not having an assigned waiter or waitress to your table, which makes it a bit chaotic and unclear. Last time we were here there was only one woman seemingly taking orders despite several wait staff coming around.

This was my second visit to Red Llama Peruvian Restaurant, and unfortunately it was another disappointing experience. They were clearly overwhelmed and understaffed, which resulted in a 40‑minute wait for a simple takeout order. For the prices they charge, the value just isn’t there, every small extra, even sauces, comes with an additional cost.

The quality of the food was the biggest letdown. My chicken in the pollo a la brasa was extremely dry, the rice was also dry, and to make matters worse, one of the white sauces had a woman’s hair in it. I also found a piece of hair in the rice. It’s hard to believe there’s any quality control happening in the kitchen when issues like this make it into a customer’s meal.

I genuinely wanted to give this place a fair second chance, but I absolutely regret coming back. Between the poor food quality, the long wait, and the exorbitant prices, there won’t be a third visit. I can’t recommend this restaurant, and I’ll be looking elsewhere for better Peruvian food.

My wife and I had a terrible experience on Valentine's Day. We both love good authentic Peruvian food and decided to try this restaurant since a friend recommended it. Now, it was our first and last time at this place. We had a reservation and still waited 1 hour for our table, really hectic environment, I had to personally ask the staff for my table multiple times since other people were just sitting themselves. Once we got the table (it was dirty) they said we would clean it and they never did. Food was completely ok, I wouldn’t say it was bad, I do think it's worth waiting 1 hour for a very basic Rice and Ceviche. Drinks were good, again nothing exciting about their food or drink. Servers were very nice and polite, they were also complaining about the owner who was creating the whole chaos there. I hope they improve one day, starting with better management a lot can change, for good.
