The Red Llama Peruvian Restaurant

This is a delightful restaurant. The ambiance was fabulous, food incredible, and hospitality unmatched. Everything we had was delicious, and they even brought us free samples of multiple things. The restaurant itself was adorable, from the photo booth down to the details of the bathroom. I highly recommend!

Ive been here twice and both times the food is absolutely insane. The ceviche is super fresh and flavorful. The beef dishes and pork belly dishes are also to die for. My favorite though is the drinks, they are super unique, refreshing, and pack a lil punch. If you want a super tasty lunch or dinner and a few tasty cocktails this place has become my go to spot

The food is delicious and the service is amazing. I have a picky eater child and they “edited” a dish just for her. She ate the whole thing! 1000% recommend

I had never had Peruvian food prior to this but I’m so glad I tried it. Everything was delicious and the portions are huge.

The owner really takes pride in her food and business and it shows, she visited every single table and even brought my friend & I some Peruvian ice cream to try.

There was a lady next to us who didn’t seem to be having the greatest experience, she didn’t like the digital menus and such and just wasn’t very patient with the staff but again the owner visited her table multiple times, and she ended up leaving pleased from what I can tell.
I’ll definitely be back.

Mixto ceviche was soup with mostly onions, had no octopus like waitress said was included, shrimp was whole, calamari was tough. Tallarin Saltado was mostly noodles and what chicken there was tough. Too bad because the flavor was good. More than $100 for 2 entrees and 2 drinks.

Great food and service. Portions were huge and had great flavor.

The staff provided samples of food and drinks. They took care of my daughter and made her something off-menu.

The energy in the restaurant is great. Music, birthday parties etc.

We can’t wait to come back.

As a business owner you would be well served to read the book Unreasonable Hospitality!

The food is spectacular and the exact opposite is true of the service and QR code menu! The Red Llama does not have servers, they have people set your food on the table and walk away. The menu is terrible with lengthy descriptions that make it hard to navigate. You order through a QR code as if you were ordering a $4 taco. No explanation was offered for sauces delivered table-side. It was difficult to flag anyone down to even get salt. At the end of the meal, our drinks were not on the electronic bill, and again, it was annoying to try and find someone to add them.

When paying $50/person it is customary to match that price tag with excellent service.

If you put in the work, your restaurant has the food quality that could make you famous.

The staff and the food were amazing. They were very short staffed, but they still made time to speak to us. They felt authentic rather than normal service that drops off food and leaves. They knew their dishes very well. It was amazing

I went to Red Llama with a larger group of friends last night for dinner. Not only was the food absolutely amazing, the entire staff was overly attentive. For most of the group, it was our first time there so they happily provided recommendations and free samples throughout the entire night too provide the best experience possible. It was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had, highly recommend Red Llama!I
