Visited after an outing with the family. Waitress was very honest and pleasant, easily the high point. Great service.
Burrata appetizer was tasty, good cheese and vinagrette and the bread was likewise good. Ordered two pizzas. Both were all right. Crust was nice and crispy good flavor. Sauce was lackluster. Acidic and good tomato flavor but very basic without a lot of spices perhaps even underseasoned. Specialty pizza was likewise tasty but unbalanced. Like the kitchen is headed in the right direction but lacks experience.
Desert was Tirimasu, which was tasty but left us both with upset stomachs. Waitress saw we had a little one and was super kind to offer the desert for free so this one hurt later on. Service Excellent. Food was lacking.
Overall 4.4 on Google Reviews seems high for the food quality. But for a quick bite the service was excellent. I think it's just a bit of work in progress with the food. If they dial in a few things it'll be great.
Atmosphere was nice. Music volume was pleasant and lighting was nice. Parking was a bit odd due to the Target, but ample parking. Might be worth it to check out again, but if the food stayed the same we wouldn't come back a third time.

Me and my family have gone here several times and it’s our favorite place for pizza. Don’t leave out their fig and arugula pizza, both my parents love it. I personally love how they do their crusts and their gluten free crust is great as well.

Ordered the margarita and fig prosciutto pizza. Found the margarita disappointing, it was good but the atmosphere made me think the pizza would be amazing 😂 the fig pizza was amazing though, highly recommend.
Service was great!

We arrived a few minutes after they opened to a brightly lit, empty restaurant. We were directed to a corner table where it would seem the server would forget to check on us. At least the restaurant was quiet.
The Diavalo Pizza was pretty good, not too much heat. The Pasta Pomodoro was lacking in flavor and a bit too watery for my tastes. The sauce did have a saving grace - nice garlic chunks. I just wished it had more flavor.
It took a few minutes to get the server's attention for a refill and the check so if time is not on your side, plan accordingly.

First time at Via Baci was overall a nice experience. Service was good. We had eggplant parmesan, kale salad with salmon, and salmon with vegetable hash. The flavors of the salad, salmon and hash dish were excellent. I enjoyed the eggplant parmesan but I thought it could be better, I noticed the salt flavor more than any eggplant flavor. The herb bread wasn't anything special and it got cold fairly fast so we didn't eat it. I am picky when it comes to bread. If it isn't great I won't bother eating it. The space was a bit cool and slightly loud due to acoustics.

Love this restaurant! This was one of our go-to places since the summer of 2020, and we were able to visit again last weekend. The service is always wonderful and the food is delicious! We always get the burrata to start. Delicious, creamy, mozzarella served with crostini and marinated tomato concasse. We love the pizzas, and this time, we had the Enzo, one of our favorites, but the Vesuvius is also delicious. Although we didn't have dessert this time, our favorite is the Chocolate Lava cake. Absolutely divine! And Derek is a wonderful server (was our first server on our first visit in 2020!). Can't wait to go back!

Great food. Polite and well mannerisms umoung the servers. I recommend it for family or friend get together 😀 Taylor the server is my favorite due to her attitude and attention to the drinks along with asking if we're going to need to go boxes for leftovers, and no pressures about if we can use desert in a passive way, nothing like great professional service.
Parking: Clean and kid friendly!!
