We have been coming to Viet Pho for years. The owners treat you like family and the food is amazing.

The gentleman working this evening was so friendly. Food was hot, delicious and all the veggies were so fresh…but the fresh basil added just the right amount of flavor. Portion size so generous, We have at least one more meal of not two!

You never know what you’re going to get here. Speaking on behalf of the pho specifically. Most of the time it’s mid, other times it’s disgusting, and once a year they manage to make a good bowl and you stay hoping for a similar experience the next time around. Never happens, currently trying to force feed myself salt water broth pho

I really enjoy the chicken pho, combination meat bowl, and sometimes the egg rolls. I’ve tried a few of the dishes like the sesame chicken, pad thai, and teriyaki chicken which were ok.

For 2 egg roles cut in half it’s $8.50. I don’t think it’s worth $8.50. It’s a hit and miss with half the time they taste burnt, they come out within a couple of minutes of ordering.

I usually order a large chicken pho ga because it's good, and they give a lot of chicken, and a good amount of noodles.

I sometimes get the combination meat, but for the most part I will only get the pho.

Service was quick and friendly. It's a basic strip mall restaurant, but don't go out to eat for the atmosphere. I ordered the lemongrass beef noodle bowl for takeout and was very disappointed as there was NO lemongrass in it - I don't think the chef even waved a stalk of lemongrass over it. I've had a lot of great Vietnamese food and I hope this was a one time mistake, but I won't go back.

When I visited Colorado I wanted to try different places than the main stream restaurants. Originally I was going to eat at another place in the shopping center but they couldn’t accommodate my family of 10 for almost an hour. So we looked around and found Viet Pho. Now we are very loyal to our pho restaurant in Las Vegas but we decided that it would be good to try. I AM SO HAPPY WE DID! Every thing we ordered was so fresh and tasty. The wait staff was amazing. They treated us like regulars and made sure everyone was happy. We left full and even my picky 8 year old said they deserve 10/10.

I have eaten at this restaurant multiple times and the food is always on point.
I especially love the firecracker shrimp appetizer, but everything I have eaten is great quality food. I highly recommend!

They have a “Beef Cube” dish. In Vietnamese it’s called Bo Luk Loc. You gotta try it, as It is so incredibly delicious. I have already had it 100 times! And for some reason they make it best at this location. I have tried the same dish in about four other Vietnamese restaurants around Denver, and none of them make this dish as well as this restaurant.

I picked up food from this location for my family one night.

Most of it was tasty, but there was an odd issue with my order. I ordered rare steak and brisket, but I got some slices of fat? I've never had that happen at a Phó restaurant before. That's not what I call "brisket." Also, the egg rolls were a little small and not terribly flavorful.

I can't speak to the flavor of the other items ordered by my family, but I would say that overall the experience was disappointing. Broth was good though.
