Dirty. Wouldn't go back. Guessing there has been a change in ownership. Used to be a great, clean place. Half the machines are out of order, everything sticky, light bulbs burned out, dead flies on windowsill, dirty floors, etc. Yuck 🤮

I used to love this place, but today’s experience was extremely concerning. I’m not sure if there has been a change in management, but the quality and food safety appeared to have significantly declined.
After purchasing froyo, I had to throw away both containers because the coffee gelato was clearly spoiled and tasted rancid. Unlike in the past, sample cups were not available, which meant there was no way to check whether flavors were fresh before purchasing.
More than half of the machines were marked out of order. Of the remaining machines, several either dispensed only liquid or did not work at all. This leaves you with only four flavors to choose from. I typically come here for the fresh fruit toppings, but the strawberries were visibly shriveled and the pineapple was browned. Most of the other fruit was fully out. Previously, staff would replace fruit when asked, but today I was told there was no more fruit in the back.
I also pointed out that several machines labeled as working were not functioning properly. The staff member acknowledged this but did not offer an apology or any indication that the issues would be addressed. When I asked whether the problems would be fixed soon, I was told this would be a long-term situation.
My biggest concern is food safety. The coffee gelato was unmistakably spoiled, which raises serious concerns about the risk of foodborne illness. Unfortunately, I will no longer be returning.

Do not go here. Half the machines have “out of order” signs, and the ones without signs barely work—they just spin and spin with nothing coming out or run at a snail’s pace. The whole place feels dirty and poorly maintained. On top of that, the employees are nowhere to be found when you’re ready to pay; they hang out in the back instead of at the front counter. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
