Great new place with scratch kitchen and good beer. I’m not even a beer guy, but the stout is pretty great. Fried green beans amazing. The burgers are greatness. Good selection, good service

My wife and I stopped in after a daughter's game in Longmont. All servers were nice, knowledgeable and personable. The beer was good and the chicken sandwich was great! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

This afternoon was delightful. The female kitchen worker was busting her butt.

Friend and I went here for lunch and it was great service, pretty quiet (11:15 on a Friday) and delicious. The restaurant has a fun look/design and a nice menu.

I went here specifically for the phenomenal grilled cheese or Birria tacos. I get that the chef won an award for some chicken dish, but it seems that, that is about all he wants to put on the menu now. My favorites have been removed & anybody can do a burger. I am probably the only person on the planet who dislikes poultry...what's a girl to do?
We enjoyed lunch here. Service and food were good.
Love this brewery! It’s a must when in Longmont! We had apps and beers, delicious as usual.
Restaurantji Recommends
The food was delicious, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Such a comfortable, welcoming place that we look forward to going back to.
Nashville hot fried chicken sandwich is absolutely superb. Worth the journey from Fort Collins.
We were in Denver for a wedding and ran up to Longmont to see a friend from HS. We asked where a good place to eat was and after a few options we decided on 300 Suns based on the options for hatch! Items bought were vegetarian green chili (that person is a chili snob and said it was the best they had had at a restaurant), the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with fries and they refused to share, and last was a green chili smash burger. To be fair I love green chilis but don’t like getting burgers at restaurants (you can screw the patty up fast), and really hate smash burgers… this was one of the juiciest and flavorful burger I have ever had! Would recommend it 10/10! We got it with the house chips and they didn’t disappoint either. The only thing we wished they had was west coast styled IPA’s, or an IPA over 6-6.5 ABV. But the beer that we got was great.
Best burger and service in town!
The food was excellent, their scratch burger has got to be hands down one of my favorite burgers in town or even in all of Colorado but the service was disappointing from beginning to end.
They use a green card system to signal for service, but even that didn’t improve the experience. Despite having plenty of staff walking around, it seemed like they followed a strict "not my table, not my problem" approach. If a server wasn’t assigned to you, they appeared to ignore your table entirely.
The servers need to deliver quality service because the cooks damn sure outshined them.
