Nashville hot fried chicken sandwich is absolutely superb. Worth the journey from Fort Collins.
We were in Denver for a wedding and ran up to Longmont to see a friend from HS. We asked where a good place to eat was and after a few options we decided on 300 Suns based on the options for hatch! Items bought were vegetarian green chili (that person is a chili snob and said it was the best they had had at a restaurant), the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with fries and they refused to share, and last was a green chili smash burger. To be fair I love green chilis but don’t like getting burgers at restaurants (you can screw the patty up fast), and really hate smash burgers… this was one of the juiciest and flavorful burger I have ever had! Would recommend it 10/10! We got it with the house chips and they didn’t disappoint either. The only thing we wished they had was west coast styled IPA’s, or an IPA over 6-6.5 ABV. But the beer that we got was great.
Best burger and service in town!
The food was excellent, their scratch burger has got to be hands down one of my favorite burgers in town or even in all of Colorado but the service was disappointing from beginning to end.
They use a green card system to signal for service, but even that didn’t improve the experience. Despite having plenty of staff walking around, it seemed like they followed a strict "not my table, not my problem" approach. If a server wasn’t assigned to you, they appeared to ignore your table entirely.
The servers need to deliver quality service because the cooks damn sure outshined them.
We were very excited to try the new menu items. After waiting for over an hour we had to go ask how much longer since no one was checking up on us. We were told the food was never submitted. Very disappointed in the NO service.
EXCELLENT food and beer. Visiting from Denver and will be back. Very impressed. If you are looking for good dinner along with your beer, this is the place.
Food is great. The ordering system is awesome. Every single beer is meh sadly. I've tried so many and they are always decent at best. They need to hire a brewer or the brewer needs some more practice or something.
The Hatch Chile Burger with cheese curds is THE WAY TO GO! I will never not get this. So good!
Best place to go in downtown.
Decided to give them a try after adding food as we had not been in since Food was added. Food and drinks were good as other reviews state. All the burgers are 2 patties and they are big, not sure if you can get one patty. I got the railyard wrap with grilled chicken and enjoyed it. My husband got the chicken tenders they were good as well. The 3 stars is service, I usually like to sit at the bar when available however I'm not sure it's the right choice here. At least when we were here there was drama with staff and other people sitting at the bar that seem to know each other and possibly co-workers as there was an issue the night before being discussed for all to hear. We were asked twice upon arrival what we would like by 2 people within a minute of each other and the 2nd one interrupted my husband and I talking about the menu and she was irritated when I asked I'm sorry what as I did not hear her question since I was in the middle of a sentence. Once we had decided then no one would talk to us menus pushed away as the sign so we asked if we could place our order and try some samples. Then the first person who asked us what we wanted let us know if we need service use the sign and put in the bucket. So I'm confused at this point am I going to be interrupted again or should I use the sign in the bucket. We proceeded to use the sign and sit and wait, it was not busy either as we were there on a Sunday between 430pm and 530pm.

Amazing place. One of the best burgers I had is from this place!!
300 suns used to be good and very much fell off. They serve The most dry, tasteless chicken I’ve ever had. The specials are thinly veiled attempts to dump poor frozen meat. The correct answer to a customer boxing these concerns is not a free app next time you come in. Very sad to see this place collapse in quality.
Wow, delicious food! The burgers and chicken are fantastic. We didn't feel like beer tonight but will try some of them out in the future. Also didn't take pictures of the food because we were so hungry. I think we found a new place to add to our rotation!!
My 300 Suns Brewing experience is in line with many of the reviews on here. They have a 4.7 for good reason. First glance at the menu and it’s clear it’s not going to be an easy decision. Lots of beer, and other yummy adult options to choose from. Their food options are also abundant, I found myself already thinking of what I wanted to try next. I had the tacos, I enjoyed them, but they were a bit too greasy for me. I am picky about this, so I don’t knock them, it just wasn’t my “flavor” of tacos. The Colorado pu tang was delicious, and my friend’s fried Nashville chicken sandwich look perfect. My friend agreed, and we both loved the cheese curds. They were a throw back to the late 90’s A&W cheese curds! We
Both sampled a few beer options and I don’t have a single thing to say that is not positive. Crew was welcoming, I love the practice of telling your servers you’re ready by placing the little sign in the bucket. Will definitely be stopping here again.
