The food here is horrible. The burger was so off tasting i took one bite and threw it away. The fries were good but the portion was so small. Left a lot to be desired

Ordered two chili dogs with extra chili and onions. When I got home I was disappointed because there wasn't extra chili and there were no onions so I simply called them and I told them what happened and that I hadn't made it all the way home. They said as long as I can bring them the receipt that I paid that they would refund me or give me the right order so I headed down there and the lady was super nice. She didn't even ask to see the receipt. She understood and with a smile and good service gave me my right order.

1st was the price you are charging for a 6 piece chicken tender only, is freaking highway robbery! 2nd, I had to wait over 10 minutes in the parking lot for my food. 3rd when I finally got it half my order was cold and wrong! Plus she forgot to bring out my drink. Terrible all around.

Went through the drive thru today ordered the papa burger meal. I was so disappointed with the hamburger it was so salty I barely ate half and threw the rest away. A and w used to have the bedt hamburgers what happened to the quality???

Employee was fondling and playing with the mouth of my cup as he read my order and I made sure to not lose sight as he went over to the machine and filled it up with my drink. I asked politely if he could not do that in the future, and he denied touching the cup at the top, I would have just driven away if he said OK but that’s not okay to lie to me when I watched you do it. I get you don’t realize what you do with your hands sometimes but food safety is very important to me. This is the first time in my life i’ve ever asked to talk to the manager. The manager came over and said she’d remake it which isn’t even what I asked for, I just wanted accountability and some kind of response to be more cleanly. Instead I was told by the manager that she made my drink and he didn’t even touch the cup like that, and said ā€œwell, we remade itā€.

They obviously don’t take food safety seriously. I also left an honest review of 1 star food quality because it was genuinely worse than a microwaved meal and I have low standards.

Went through drive through.After driving for a while, realized we only received half the items I paid for.Cheeseburgers had more mustard than a German dipping sauce.Wouldn’t recommend stopping here.Editing to respond to restaurant reply below. I am not interested in contacting Erika for any reason. This is a review for my first time experience at this place and it was horrible. I will not be returning. This is your establishment to create which ever experience you want for your customers and we had a bad one.Forgot to mention above that the cheeseburgers were cold as well.

Getting ANY help in the lobby is nearly impossible. Drive through is fastest option, which is a shame. Lady who took our order was rude and our order took almost 10 minutes with no communication on their part.
