Went through drive through.After driving for a while, realized we only received half the items I paid for.Cheeseburgers had more mustard than a German dipping sauce.Wouldn’t recommend stopping here.Editing to respond to restaurant reply below. I am not interested in contacting Erika for any reason. This is a review for my first time experience at this place and it was horrible. I will not be returning. This is your establishment to create which ever experience you want for your customers and we had a bad one.Forgot to mention above that the cheeseburgers were cold as well.

Getting ANY help in the lobby is nearly impossible. Drive through is fastest option, which is a shame. Lady who took our order was rude and our order took almost 10 minutes with no communication on their part.

Had a great experience at the A&W/KFC today. I know their rating is pretty low so I’m sure it’s hit or miss, but today the customer service was spot on.

Very very poor I would give this place a zero if I could because the staff was terrible they didn't want to do their jobs and some of them looked like they where on drugs and the manager was rude too they didn't get the order right or the refund right and when a man needed help they yelled at him so will not come back here so very very bad

The lady who took my order in the drive through was super unpleasant and multiple parts of my order were wrong. I definitely won't be coming back.

If you like cold, limp, over cooked and tasteless fries then you're in luck. You'll get all this while paying no more than you get with tasty & hot crispy fries. No trays. NO CHILLED MUGS which makes the whole rootbeer experience. Cold inside and I mean the thermostat, the inside, and unfortunately most of the staff. Chairs upside down on tables. Food served in sacks. Condiments in packets. Nobody in the drive up and 1 other couple inside. That's a clue folks. Mind you this was on Saturday at 11:30 AM not 9 at night when you'd expect people to be worn out and frazzled. UGH! The burger wasn't nearly up to A&W Standards. Wife went with the KFC chicken sandwich and all of this applied to her meal too. Drive to Berthoud for a super A&W or to Eaton for absolutely the best. Both have great food, the mugs, and courteous staff. P.S. I do so appreciate people in the service industry in these trying times but...

This is the third time we've been here and been given incorrect food. Although this time we got the added bonus of room temp food as well. If the food was decent, I wouldn't mind the lackluster service, but the attitude that we were bothering them is on par with the quality of the food they prepared. Other A&W or KFC's are usually decent, but we'll never be back to this one.

Beyond bad! I went inside and placed an order of a burger and a drink. The lady who took my order even asked if I wanted the combo. I said “no.” Anyway, I was exhausted and mindlessly paid. When I realized that the price came out to $14 and some change, I questioned how a burger and a drink could cost more than a combo would have.After a few minutes, someone came up to resolve this. I explained it to her that I didn’t order fries and simply wanted a burger and a drink. Her attitude was horrendous when it came to making it right as if I was a burden. No apology, no “sorry about that” no decency or respect. To add insult to injury, she made sure to take the fries out of the bag which had been sitting there for several minutes. Was she going to give them to someone else? She couldn’t have had the decency to offer me the fries (which were lukewarm at this point) after the hassle they caused me? I had to swipe my card twice to get my refund.

I would love to post a picture of my delicious A&W root beer float, but unfortunately never received it because the staff just told me this location is closed at 9:41pm, when their posted close time is 10pm. When I kindly asked "why did you close early?" I was told "because were closed." Had a friend in town and we thought a root beer float sounded delicious on a Saturday night, but nope. Thanks so much A&W Longmont.. for absolutely nothing. Next time I think A&W sounds good for a meal, I will instead hit myself over the head with a regulation-size MLB baseball bat for a more pleasurable experience. I hope the employees have such a great Saturday night because they got out of work twenty minutes early. NOT. See ya never.

I came at 9:30 on a Saturday night to get my root beer float. It is a Saturday tradition for me. never in my nine years of living in longmont I have they been closed at 9:30. But this night the girl running the window was very rude and said that they were closed. When I asked her why they had closed, I was given no answer besides because we can and were closed. Not very professional or businesslike. Change your posted hours if you're not gonna keep them or hire new people.
