They have so many varieties of salas and their chili oil is actually very hot. We love all of their food but my favorite one is their flautas cup. It holds so much flavor! We had to come back.

Wishing I lived in Longmont so I could eat here again! We stumbled upon this place during our week stay, and it was the best meal we had. Impeccable service and excellent food!

What a great little spot! I can not speak highly enough of the people here. My son & I popped in on a whim because I wanted a breakfast burrito. We went about noon and got the last chorizo burrito. If you're aiming for breakfast, you might want to go a little earlier. It was, by far, the friendliest place I've been to in a long time. The food was delicious.
I am picky about my breakfast burritos. And while it was SO GOOD, I won't aim for this spot for my next one. I like potatoes and eggs and green chili with a little kick. This was meaty and red and nothing large enough to identify. But I'm positive I was eating beans at the end. Beans for breakfast aren't my thing. But it was noon and delicious with the nicest people so it's a solid five stars.
We parked and went inside to find what looked like a little deli. There appeared to be a window that would allow you to order from the patio area. There are tables outside which could be a fun little place to eat. There is plenty of parking and it's a short detour from the main thoroughfare.
Definitely worth a stop.

Kid-friendliness: Bring them to eat outside. They'll love it!

Be careful, they don’t tell you when something they ask you if you want it is extra, not sure if that’s their strategy to get more money or what exactly, usually in any other place they tell you when something is extra. They don’t use regular plates to dine in. The food is ok, the tortillas are not tasting fresh. Expensive place. The extras are on the menu yes but when they ask you if you want this or that they don’t tell you that is an extra item or included, which in 90% of the restaurants let you know.
