Green chili smothered Cactus breakfast burrito, and hibiscus cold brew for lunch was out of this world good! I sat at a picnic table in the parking lot and ate, it was too good smelling to wait.
You don't know Mexican food until you come to Abuelita's. The food is all so good, cooked to perfection, and seasoned with love. The quesadilla was great. The rice and beans were perfect. This is a little gem for Northern Colorado authentic Mexican food.

Small, there is only one seating place, authentic (you can tell it is family owned with flavorful homey recipes) will definitely be coming back ! Perfect for a quick on the road stop for food that doesn’t involve junk fast food.
