I put in an order for 2 doz. filled bismarks. I received half with no filling and they were dry. 12 bismarks with no jelly filling. I calked and reported this and the female employee with an accent told me she would return my call after reporting this to her boss. This occurred the day of December 14th. The large party of people know this occurred . Very unprofessional business.

Recent negative review of this place are nothing short of comical. To the 'world traveler' who was disappointed that the case of donuts wasn't full when they walked in.....yes, it's because they sell out, duh.
This place has amazing donuts, wonderful customer service and a very friendly atmosphere. My daughter loves the little play area in the back. We've also ordered custom donuts for a baby shower from this shop, and our friends were over-the-moon with the results. I couldn't recommend this place more!!!

Mid-Nov. 2025 Specifically went there based on reviews. Should have gone anywhere else. NO traffic/buyers going in at about 8:00 AM. Hole-in-the-wall exterior made me hesitant. Picture on web page of cabinet full of product false, as the display was less than 1/2 of a LIMITED selection.
Got an 'Apple' fritter and 'cream' filled with powdered sugar on top. Priced too high for just two items, without considering what follows, below.
Left for an appt. Broke off a piece of the fritter and found it felt like day old hard. Turned out, the whole thing was that way, inside and out. The spray or whatever used to probably try to make it taste like apple left a strange taste in one's mouth. Looking inside the item showed virtually NO apple type of product. Broke open the 'cream' filled to taste it. STOPPED.
When I got home . . . . took days for the dozen squirrels and assorted birds to eat them !
Best place town to get donuts. Quality products, friendly atmosphere, great prices and fast.

Best doughnuts in Longmont…. Ok, the best in Boulder County…. Maybe the state….ok America and possibly the world!!! The glazed doughnut was the best I’ve ever had in my life!! So fresh and pillowy but somehow with a subtle crunch when you bite into it. Absolutely amazing with unbelievable flavor. And the blueberry old fashioned?? How can one little doughnut have that much blueberry flavor? Again it’s that softness paired with the crunch that puts these doughnuts in a category by themselves. The apple fritters are brimming with actual real apple chunks and are ridiculously tasty. And everytime we go here, it’s the same excellent quality. It’s our new routine to go every Sunday and I don’t even care if I gain weight…. They’re THAT good!

GET YOUR DONUTS HERE! Staff is friendly and the pastries are top notch. Biting into this cinnamon roll and having an absolute experience with the flavor and the texture. Perfection 👌
Has been a regular stop for us on weekends. Have always had a great experience there, and I love the donuts. They also have dog donuts as an option which makes the trip a little more special.

I bought coffee and gave a generous tip. I went and checked the bike store to see if they were open and when I came back, there was a big man on a motorcycle that intimidated me and asked me if the lady asked me not to bring the cup outside. I don't know what kind of person is this unreasonable with fellow community members. I feel unequally treated due to my indigent appearance.
