The last four times ordering doordash with this store, items were missing from bag and it was sealed meaning items are not being put in bag. Do better Arby's! If this is happening to me almost every time, imagine how many people it's also happening too!

The cheesesteak sandwich is nothing like the pictures and disappoints. The stores in Longmont are grungy and need updating. They need better kitchen vents, so the customer areas don't smell. US Beef, the parent company, needs to invest in Arby's.

I visit a lot of Arby’s throughout the metro area and hands down this is the slowest moving staff I have ever seen. I usually place an order on the app and once I enter the restaurant it’s ready. But not at this location. I had to wait for over 10 minutes. The location on 84th off the highway is so far the best.

This Arby's is supreme. We ordered a lot of food and it was all hot and fresh. The chicken wraps were wrapped supremely and tasted even better. All of the food is amazing. The time and dedication put in by the employees on shift at 7:30 on July 1 should be noticed and rewarded.

Yesterday, I placed a mobile order and went to this location to pick it up. Upon arrival, my order was not ready, despite the fact that I had allowed extra time for it to be prepared. I noticed that my order was not on the takeout rack, so I let others go ahead of me, thinking that my order would be ready soon. Unfortunately, it was not.
After everyone else's orders were processed, I asked the lady behind the counter about my mobile order and waited until it was finally ready. During this time, a gentleman's order came up, and when the lady handed him a bag of food, he informed her that it was for dine-in. She then grabbed a tray, dumped his sandwiches onto it, and handed it to him.
When I finally received my order, the lady showed no engagement or acknowledgment. I asked her for Arby’s sauce, and while she retrieved it and handed it to me, there was no interaction. I politely thanked her, hoping for at least some engagement in return, but received none.
Previously, I had given this location a five-star review, but unfortunately, this visit has compelled me to change my mind. I'm wondering if management has changed or the current one is not paying attention.

My best experience at Arby’s is with Ms.Amber Timms, yesterday I came in and I lost my earphone case and wanted to see the cameras to see if I May have left it in the restaurant, and Ms.Amber was very courteous, and generous to show me the camera from her phone, and I was able to see that I didn’t lose my earphone case in the restaurant. That’s what you call beyond excellent customer service, what a phenomenal General Manager. Thanks a million again.
Waited 40 min for someone to take my order before I left . The service here is the worst. Definitely pass on going here

The staff today was very rude when we went in for a jamocha shake it was clearly chocolate. Both of the staff up front were rude when we explained it tasted chocolatey they gave us attitude. Will not be returning to this location
