My best experience at Arby’s is with Ms.Amber Timms, yesterday I came in and I lost my earphone case and wanted to see the cameras to see if I May have left it in the restaurant, and Ms.Amber was very courteous, and generous to show me the camera from her phone, and I was able to see that I didn’t lose my earphone case in the restaurant. That’s what you call beyond excellent customer service, what a phenomenal General Manager. Thanks a million again.

The staff today was very rude when we went in for a jamocha shake it was clearly chocolate. Both of the staff up front were rude when we explained it tasted chocolatey they gave us attitude. Will not be returning to this location

Hungry and needed an Arby’s Classic Beef fix. They came through. Friendly courteous drive through staff. Quick service. Order was filled correctly. My Sammy was tasty.
If I could give this location less than one star I certainly would. For the last 2 years my wife and I who thoroughly enjoy a weekend treat to Arby's are forever disappointed with the service at this location. Today outdid their worst service. We sat in line at the drive-thru with one car ahead of us and that car sat at the ordering speaker for 10 minutes before anyone address them. When it was our turn, we sat there for 20 minutes and every time we said hello, a male voice just said; 'Please give us a moment' After waiting for 20 minutes we drove away as did three other cars behind us. We thought perhaps they were short-handed but saw there were three employees through the drive-thru window as we passed by and only one person in the dining room. Will not be going back to this location

Potato cakes are back! Haven't had Arby's in a minute but decided to stop here and am glad I did. Staff were super chill to me and food was pretty great. A 6pc cake with a handful of Arby's sauce, can't go wrong.

My door dash driver ate part of my food. When I tried to mention this in the door dash app, it kicked me out. Booo UPDATE! Arby's responded to my review with a link for me to complete, and after I jumped through all the "hoops" it would let me submit it. Strong work Arby's. Though the DoorDash delivery person is at fault for eating part of my order, I just wanted to let Arby's know they should seal the paper sack in a way that someone can't just stick their hand inside...
