Ordered an angus philly steak and a large drink. Got the steak sandwich and a large fry and no drink. Was cash only and due to order takers inability to understand, I didn’t want to wait for the drink to be rung up
Yesterday, I placed a mobile order and went to this location to pick it up. Upon arrival, my order was not ready, despite the fact that I had allowed extra time for it to be prepared. I noticed that my order was not on the takeout rack, so I let others go ahead of me, thinking that my order would be ready soon. Unfortunately, it was not.
After everyone else's orders were processed, I asked the lady behind the counter about my mobile order and waited until it was finally ready. During this time, a gentleman's order came up, and when the lady handed him a bag of food, he informed her that it was for dine-in. She then grabbed a tray, dumped his sandwiches onto it, and handed it to him.
When I finally received my order, the lady showed no engagement or acknowledgment. I asked her for Arby’s sauce, and while she retrieved it and handed it to me, there was no interaction. I politely thanked her, hoping for at least some engagement in return, but received none.
Previously, I had given this location a five-star review, but unfortunately, this visit has compelled me to change my mind. I'm wondering if management has changed or the current one is not paying attention
There’s a problem everytime I order food from here whether it’s the drive thru or on the app. Today I came to pick up a few meals and they gave us the wrong sandwich and one of the sandwiches was missing pickles which is supposed to be included. When I arrived I was told the bbq sauces that were supposed to be included were no longer available and then later when I got home with the food and discovered one of the sandwiches had the wrong meat and one was missing pickles was told they no longer had pulled pork sandwiches on their menu so they went ahead and gave us two brisket sandwiches but didn’t bother to let me know when I picked up my order. Their communication is horrible. When I’ve come to order in the drive thru, workers are rude and try to rush me while I’m ordering my items instead of listening and as a result our orders have not been correct and these have been days when it was not busy no other cars in front or behind us. I have no clue if the management is dropping the ball but this is unacceptable. Fast food jobs are not difficult, I’ve worked several while I was a teenager before we have the technology we have now. Avoid this location. They clearly have no clue what they’re doing.
If you advertise something at your drive through you should have that item, in this case the pulled pork. There is no way to tell in the app if a location is out of the item. And no easy way to cancel.
This is not the first time this has happened either. Will not be coming back my self.
And here they use the canned response like a good little corporate drone. Fix your problems.

When we entered to order, the staff who took our order was extremely quiet, and stressed seeming she went outside immediately after finishing out order. While we ate our food we overheard an argument that had quickly turned into the store owner screaming at their employees. If you care about a place that feels comfortable to eat in, or care about the well being of those making your food, do not go here.

Mistakenly ordered my food for the wrong time called the restaurant they said they would postpone my order until I was ready call them a few minutes before and they would start it fresh for me so I called them 5 minutes before my arrival and I got home none of the food was fresh there were gnats in the drinks the sides were cold they didn't even give me the right turnovers very very disappointed

The last 2 times I have went they have been horrid - They messed up my food both times and the Manager (Judy) was super rude one of the times when I called her on it. I tried it today and my food was barely warm and they forgot part of my order. They are in a downward spiral.

The ansolute worst arbys ive ever been to i used to love arbys now i cant look at it without thinking of hurling. They completely messed up my order i looks like it was made in a crack house and i was very specific with my order they ignored it and sent it anyway

This Arby's is oh, so, s l o w!! Faster to order online at home, then drive 10 minutes than to order here in person. Come on people!

I'd give it zero. The manager said up sizing my meal was" impossible, we aren't that sophisticated... sometimes I can sometimes I can't ".... I was there a week before no problem doing the same thing. She was rude and obviously the one that wasn't smart enough to do it. Never again
