Management is incompetent and hostile. They are incredibly rude to both customers and employees. Having worked in several restaurants, there is a big difference between constructive criticism and bullying, this was blatant bullying. It doesn’t matter how good the food is when you’re sick to your stomach before you get it.

I was very excited to try the karaage (Japanese fried chicken). I saw the chef take Redbird chicken pieces from a marinade, bread it, and begin to fry it, so I was still feeling pretty good about my lunch. However it was fried to the very edge of being burned which made the abundant breading very unpleasant and dried out the chicken. It came with 3 dipping sauces which were OK, and one teeny tiny little piece of lemon. After eating a bit I asked for a bit more lemon, as that was the high point of my meal and was given 3 more little pieces in a full sized plastic single use bowl. What a waste of chicken and plastic. I think they make better fried chicken at Safeway.

I haven't been to this location, but I have doordashed. The food is very good. The presentation itself is phenomenal...the food even better. I got the yakisoba and was very surprised at the flavor of this dish. I also got the pork katsu sandwich it was also pretty good but it doesn't travel well. The bread had build up condensation from the plastic packaging. That being said the pork was cooked perfectly and wasn't dry at all.

Every dish from Baa Hachi has been exceptional. You can tell they are sourcing their ingredients with intention to prepare the most authentic Japanese street food dishes. The Head Chef, Adam, brings a long history of restaurant experience to the stall and it shows in both quality and presentation. The Pork Belly Bao buns were my favorite, with the Karagge and Yakisoba in close second. Highly recommend!

We were lucky enough do fine there on opening night. We ordered the okonomiyaki, the pork belly bar buns and the daikon and cucumber salad, and every one of them was absolutely amazing! We will be back again and again.

Decided to try the new food hall for lunch in Longmont on Friday. Highly recommend! So many great options. The friendly cashier recommended the cabbage pancake with the pork belly. It was delicious! The entire staff was working hard and they were busy. Next time I think I will try the sushi bowl as I overheard another customer complimenting the chef on that dish.

Overpriced food that doesnt even meet mediocre standards. The Karagge and tonkatsu ramen were both incredibly bland. Staff did seem to be working hard though.

We had the Okonomiyaki (cabbage pancake) and the Tonkatsu Ramen. Both were delicious. I hadn't had Okonomiyaki before so it was a great new experience. Both dishes were really flavorful. The food hall has a great vibe and I love that it's open late (Longmont Late).

OMG....this food is not only absolutely DELICIOUS, but it is also so incredibly beautiful! Everything we tried was prepared to perfection and skillfully plated. The Okonomiyaki (cabbage pancake) is my new favorite meal and I will be dreaming of the miso glazed salmon daily until we meet again. (SOON!) The Karage fried chicken has a flavor that is out of this world and all of their dipping sauces are to die for! I watched as a colorful bowl of steaming Ramen was being served up to another guest, and if I hadn't just consumed far more than my fair share, I definitely would have loved to get my chow on with that as well. Next time. Oh and there will be LOTS of "next times!" Thank you Baa Hachi!
