When we arrived, the dining room was about 1/3 full. We were seated immediately at a table that needed to be wiped down. We used the paper towels at the table to wipe it down. We were greeted by a waitress and given menus, two of which had food smeared on them. Again, we used wet paper towels from the table to wipe them down.Our order was taken quickly, but then it took nearly 25 minutes to get our food. When our food came out, my daughter’s slider was raw in the middle. So she had to wait for that to be remade.My build your own salad was made incorrectly. I had asked for grapes, shredded cheese, and it came without grapes, without cheese, but with chopped red onion. We had waited long enough that I didn’t want to wait while they remade it.When the bill came, we easily decided we wouldn’t be returning, as the cost for waiting a long time for undercooked and improperly made food was absolutely absurd.

Have always liked Bad Daddy's. Great food and fun atmosphere.
I want to say that this was one of the worst experiences dining out. I’ve been to bad daddy’s in Longmont since my friend in college worked there 8ish years ago. I also never really leave negative reviews, but it was just not a good time.3/23/2024: I’m pointing the fault towards the cook and our server. Drinks took way too long to get to the table, the server wasn’t that self aware/was very forgetful, and the cook just sucks for how they treated my dairy intolerance numerous times.My partner never got the mods on their burger and neither did I. I specifically asked for no cheese on my burger due to dairy intolerance. He brought out the burgers and mine of course had cheese. Told him about the mods made to the burger and he looked at me for like 5 seconds before asking me “ok so what do I do” .. bro. And the burger came back less than a minute later with the cheese SCRAPED OFF the patty. Told him I need a new burger bc of the obvious reasons. The cook literally just threw the patty on the stove and tried cooking the cheese off. All in all, I wanted to just show the cook how to work in a kitchen. Poor kitchen knowledge and incompetent server to the staff last night.I’ve been a server before so I know it’s not an easy job, however it wasn’t busy last night to blame it on the restaurant. It felt like everyone last night was too h*gh to function. I still tipped him somewhere between 15-18% bc tips are their wage but i regrettably left it. It was so disappointing.Dietary restrictions: Dairy intolerance

Excellent service by Brady! Held conversations each time he checked in on our needs. It wasn't a check and walk away. The food was prepared accordingly. The Not Your Mama's Fried Deviled were very good. The salmon was grilled to perfection, not dry. The burger I ate was delicious! It was very flavorful, cooked as I had ordered, and was filling. The atmosphere was very chill. Definitely will be back for a round 2 and more.

I ordered to go. I got the Philly and fried pickles.As soon as I got home I got into the fried pickles. They were so salty I couldn't eat them! ?The Philly was Okay. The meat was a bit over cooked and again, very salty. Feel like I waisted $20 bucksCouldn't even eat it. ?

I went this evening with my mom, myself (9months pregnant) and my toddler. We ordered fairly quickly to sitting down. About 20-25 minutes later, neither my mom or myself had our drinks. After about 40 minutes later, no food had come out and we were getting a hangary toddler. I approached the host and asked if they could check on our food and maybe had some fries or anything they could bring my toddler. After about an hour we ran into a very nice man who said he works at the OK store and is visiting. I mentioned how hungry, myself and my toddler were. He said he put a rush on our order and brought us a fruit cup while we waited. Maybe 15 minutes after that, our food arrived. He apologized and said he’d give us a discount. When the bill came there was no discount. I asked about it, our server took it to fix it. We were there for 2.5 hours. I probably would’ve just gotten up and left the service was so bad. The only bright side was the man from OK. He was amazing and very kind. Overall, not sure we would come back.
