Not enough employees, no hot fudge, no pralines and cream. Inept employee trying to make change from her tip jar. Had the same experience mid winter. Been going to DQ thought I’d try again. Still sucks
The service was prompt and friendly. The staff is either always assisting customers or engaging in tasks. I do enjoy frequenting this location!
Workers are great, but the management is clearly terrible. Just came through and the only employee in the entire store was clearly very new, and struggling being left alone. Management couldn’t be bothered to train them to a comfortable level before leaving them alone. The store is also always out of stock on most flavors, every time I come by I have to go through 2-3 flavors before I ask for one they actually have. Again, the employees are very nice and awesome, but they are limited a lot by the management.
I’m from Washington and my sisters brought me here after we had dinner next door. We walk in and there is a young man (his name is Tyler) working by himself serving ice cream and the cash register. The people just keep walking in and cars in the drive through giving him an hard time and there is no one in sight to help. Yet he does a great job getting through the line. Then a female worker comes out from the back and literally stands there and does nothing to help. Tyler had to deal with pup cup guy who gave him a hard time because he wouldn’t give a cup of whipped cream!!! Get over it this isn’t Starbucks. Ugh just the amount of rude people who have no respect for other people.
I gave 5 stars because of Tyler shame on you for making him work alone during these hot days where you know people want ice cream.
To everyone saying they don’t have any flavors there, it’s because they’re going under. They aren’t even paying their employees. It’s been posted on the news that not only this location, but others are bouncing checks due to insufficient funds.

Wanted reeses peanut butter sundae, they were out of the icecream to make it, wanted 2 scoops of pistachio ice cream, settled for that and a Carmel turtle sundae, went to the drive thru window, and they only had a half scoop of pistachio ice cream, did not discount charged the full price for 2 scoop, poor visit for sure, the kid working the window was just doing his job, he was not the problem, who ever owns the place and orders the inventory for the shop really failed this buisness
Not sure who is doing the ordering but every time I go in here they are out of the flavor I want and also out of the substitute I want. Time to get a new Ordering Manager. I also predict you all will be out of business by the end of the Summer because you are really pissing a lot of customers off by being completely out of almost everything.
For over 2 months they haven't had any hot fudge, which goes with a number of their menu items. We were told the machine was broken and there's not any date given as to when it's going to be replaced (or is they will replace it). It sounds like the beginnings of a company about to declare bankruptcy. We're going down to Boulder to Shake Shack for our desserts from now on.

Wow! This is probably the best baskin robbins I've ever been to! Very clean no trash anywhere, Soon as I walked in got my order it was 1 rainbow Sherbert and 1 Oreo Cold brew some of the best flavors there in my opinion!

Unfortunately it's the second time in a row in the last couple of months I've come and they've been out of milk and can't do milkshakes. It's a heartbreak to tell my toddler she's going to get a special treat, watch her get excited, and get out here and then find out that they don't have them . . . again. Otherwise the staff that works here has always been very friendly and I'm hoping next time I don't have the same problem and I'll update my review.
They have no problem changing for the product. But they can’t pay the kids who work there keeps the doors open
