Per Fox 31 news, business is closed. Equipment hauled out. Signage removed.

Came today to get a birthday cake, all signs and online hours says it opens at 11. There is not a single person in the store, when I attempted to call they don’t even have a voicemail set up. Extremely upset.

PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AT ALL!!!! My daughter who is a minor, has been working for them for almost 6 weeks and has not paid her. They said they would pay her by end of day yesterday and still nothing. This owner has many complaints against them for the same issue. Please join me in not supporting this owners business for taking advantage of our children!!!!!!!!!! What this owner is doing goes against labor laws, they should never allow this owner to run a business! My husband even contacted corporate and after three days corporate hasn’t responded.

The worker Nicolas James Alovera was a very helpful MAN. He gave me all the free samples I needed. Gracias amigo😘. But they had no gummy bears😡

Went for a quick treat. I ordered 6 different items, cookies and cream - all out, almond pistachio- we are out, butter pecan- we are out, root beer float - no root beer, cherry jubilee - nope, piña lava drink - ehhh try again... Ok plain vanilla in waffle cone- ding ding ding. Not what I wanted but was already there. Young lady was kind and apologetic, not her fault. Just sad that they didn't have what we wanted.

The ownership isn’t paying their employees, they need to be held accountable. We as the community need to come together and not allow people like this to own anything. Taking advantages of young adults is scandalous and inhumane. Shame on the ownership.

This place has horrible owners. My teen daughter has had 4 payroll check bounce. Do not support a business that takes advantage of young teens. The owner has not responded to one email from me. And no one has answered the office line for over a month. Its despicable.

Very disappointed, came on father’s day with my two boys. They were all out of majority of flavors, there were only 11 to choose from. This was at 2pm too. The ice cream we did get was half melted, and they were scooping what I would call half scoops. Look at my pictures, double scoop my butt, I commented on the small scoops and all I got was a “yeah”. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location, unfortunate…it’s close, guess I’ll drive to Longmont to get quality selection and service. The pictures are right after get them, did not even take a bite yet. Very disappointed for sure.

Makes a lot more sense to let people know your delivery was delayed than to charge full price for micro-cones and make us all feel cheated.

The last 3x I’ve been here they haven’t had the flavor myself or my husband like. Today, I went again to see if they had them and they were out of more than half of their 31 flavors, 2.5hrs before they close. I really don’t understand how or why they’re always out of flavors, especially in the spring and summer. It makes no sense to me. Clearly I’m not the only person this has happened to & is frustrated by it. Such bad service.

It was just an okay experience. We did come an hour before closing time. So that may have had an effect on why they didn't have a great selection of ice-cream. No chocolate, no strawberry ice cream. No strawberry topping, no pineapple topping for a banana split. It was just 3 sorta close ice-cream with a little chocolate sauce, some whipped cream and 3 cherries thrown on the side.

They’re always out of staples— chocolate ice cream, whipped cream, nuts, etc. They don’t stock enough, and it takes days to restock when they run out.

They never have the flavors when ordering online . It’s insane how many things are out of stock

No bananas,ordered choc cone,got vanilla,ordered brownie sundae,no brownies.Out of everything.Ordered a regular sundae,got no sauce.

My ice cream scooper guy, Ben, was absolutely amazing. Very kind with great customer service. Very hard working kid.
