Best birria I've ever had hands down. They also of the birria "pizza" as seen on social media. Delicious lamb shanks, falls right off the bone. I've never gotten a bad meal everything has been amazing and the customer service is great, love the atmosphere, good music.

Birriería Doña María is a choice spot for everything Birria in Longmont. While boasting a menu loaded with regular fare, they also include a large selection of Birria based items, as the name suggests. Their consumé elevates already tasty dishes to a new level!

I’m vegan n from Texas. I find this Mexican food surpass the Tex-Mex I get at home. Owner suggested the bean burrito, minus cheese n sour cream. Fresh ingredients; tasty salsa n corn chips, black bean burrito made without lard, sides of guacamole/chopped tomatoes n lettuce. Went back a few days later n had the same. Yummy!
PS, they charge for extra salsa.
