As someone with deep roots in Longmont, I say this with conviction. YOU have GOT to try this place. How it's taken me this long, not sure, but it's a true flavor and quality you won't find anywhere else in Longmont or the surrounding areas, honestly.
Such a fresh margarita, such fresh and flavorful salsa, generous portions, and really nice crispy chips. Hands down, I want to he a regular of this establishment.

I want to give this place another try because of the overall ratings and personal recommendations. But from first experiences, in my opinion, the food was average at best.
It's hard to try a second time given the lackluster experience, but I do believe that a single average experience should not keep me from finding a great Mexican restaurant in Longmont.
