This place is special and I would recommend it to anyone that eats food. Blue corn is an interesting thing to read about and we have bought into it. The custom tortillas and the blue chips are a great start and then the meats and veggies are fresh and hot! This food makes you feel good. The location is nice and clean and they have even expanded their space, happy for them. The staff is also pleased to see their customers and we're happy to see them.

I have been getting Blue Corn almost every Friday for a long time now, either sit-down if I have time or delivery if I have more work left for the day. It's always delicious, timely, and reasonably priced. When I've gone in person they're always friendly and the dining area is always clean. Definitely a favorite local spot!

Right now I am in Longmont hospital with a severe case of food poisoning. I bought a steak chimichanga on Wednesday, Now its Saturday morning and im still in the hospital from the side effects of the food poisoning. Ive been out of work for 3 days now also. Please don't go there. You don't want to be this sick.
