In the spirit of the holidays I must leave Blue Corn a five star review after all these years. Each year they have holiday specials and we look forward to them.

This place is special and I would recommend it to anyone that eats food. Blue corn is an interesting thing to read about and we have bought into it. I have been getting Blue Corn almost every Friday for a long time now, either sit-down if I have time or delivery if I have more work left for the day. It's always delicious, timely, and reasonably priced. When I've gone in person they're always friendly and the dining area is always clean. Definitely a favorite local spot!

I found this place to be a delightful surprise, some of the best tortillas and Mexican I’ve come across since moving to Colorado. The quality of the ingredients more than justified the price.
