Terrible assistant manager and management. Assistant manager kicked me out of our table after we had already been seated, citing that two chairs didn’t belong there, whatever that means, making us wait for another table for at least 30 minutes. He refused to also serve two of my friends, even though they were 21 and provided proper identification. I don’t know what this guys problem is but shouldn’t be in a management position.

chris, the assistant manager, made us leave our table after being sat because he said some of the chairs weren’t right, we then had to wait an hour. he also refused to serve my of age friend alcohol and made a lot of the girls we were with uncomfortable.

I personally love BWW and the family and I eat at the Longmont location often. The service is usually ok. Not great but not horrible. Tonight on the other hand I left fuming. We were there 2 hours because we were waiting so long for food and when it did come it was wrong. They weren’t refilling drinks or coming by our table at all so we didn’t get any ranch or tell anyone who gave a shit that our food wasn’t right. I would be understanding and not complaining if it was crazy busy but we went at 3:00 on a Monday and there were only 3 other tables. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed because all the other waiters were just standing around doing nothing. We spoke with the GM and was disappointed that he didn’t want to do more to make things right. I will not be going back to this location.

Look!......The restroom, had one intermittent soap dispenser....the other ripped off the wall.....spoke with employee...said it has one that works sometimes....REALLY......there 20 bucks at Sam's.....somanilla......employees wash how.....unacceptable....plus 5.50 for small....SMALL beer.....absolutely ridiculous.....no wonder the parking lot was 1/2 empty on a Saturday night at 6:30......owner.....Wake the flip up....and check on your restaurant

Poor Management, Great Food
We visited around noon for lunch. The restaurant was quite busy,at least 10 tables were seated at the same time, yet there was only one server on the floor. He did an excellent job under pressure, so this is certainly not his fault, but scheduling just one employee during rush hour shows poor management planning. We ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes before we could even place our order.

That said, the food quality was excellent as always. Buffalo Wild Wings has never failed to deliver consistent taste and flavor no matter the location. I would definitely come back if the service improves in the future.

True Bookworm

This location is like a Buffalo Wild Wings club. The atmosphere is electric, vibrant, and busy. My party ordered Street Tacos with an Onion Ring Platter and The Ultimate Nachos. I wanted to order a salad however this location has been out of salads (romaine lettuce) for roughly five days now (per the cashier). The To-go order was placed at 7:06 and we did not receive our food until after 7:50 pm. The reason for the four stars was due to the customer service and the great-tasting food. There was a Denver Broncos game on and this place was crowded. Therefore, we knew service was going to be a little slow. I recommend you check your food before leaving to make sure everything you paid for is inside your bags. Overall, I enjoyed the experience of watching the game (while I waited) and chatting with groups of diverse people.

I ordered online and selected a 10:15 PM pick-up. It’s now been over half an hour, and it feels like I’m being ignored. I asked about my order because my pick-up time was 10:15, and now I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for my food, which is already cold. I even went to the counter, but the staff just walked around without acknowledging me. This is really disappointing — where is the great customer service?

On top of that, when I got home and opened the order, my mom noticed there were only 10 wings instead of 20. She’s completely certain about this, which makes the experience even more frustrating.

Had a great experience with Ryan. Drinks were good, service was amazing. I swear management must of changed.. place was more efficient. Give Ryan a raise he treated us well and was on top of his service. Thanks Ryan we had a blast!
