This is blatant false advertising if I've ever seen it. If y'all look at an image of the BK brisket burger on Google it looks nothing like this. What a shame. This definitely seems lawsuit worthy.

Granted we stopped by 10 minutes before close, but they told us they close at 1140 pm, not midnight, even though their sign states midnight. Lady was rude. No wonder this place has such low stars. Unfortunately this is the norm for fast food service in the area when it's late at night.

Food is subpar, BUT SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS, forgot an order of mozzarella sticks when I called back to inform them and see how they could make it up. Young lady hang up the phone. Drove back 7min to the restaurant, they gave me the mozz but no apology at all!! I work in the same industry as them and man to be treated that way was awful. Free advice ( won’t charge the 1.99 price of the mozz sticks) don’t be surprised when the chain starts to suffer. Training, Development are two things its needed at this location for sure!

We were missing food and I noticed until I got home so I called to ask for my money back for the Item I was missing and they said no !! When I asked why they hang up on me!! I just don’t understand why they have to be so rude!! No wonder they were not busy at all!! Never coming back again And this is how bad the food looks

Don't come to this location cause they are always out of everything. Every time I come through here, they don't have something I ordered, whether its fries, chicken fries, chicken nuggets, drinks, anything. You have a better shot getting an ice cream cone at the mcdonalds across the street

I don’t know who is training this kids but they take a long time to give me 2 things, I asked them for water on the speaker they forget to give it to me and last a WORST thing they forget my dipping sauce… like!!?

The service and food were horrible. I know that sounds excessive but we pulled up to the drive through to order and the guy literally made us keep repeating everything in our order over and over again. At least 4-5 times. We could see the screen which had our items on it so I don't understand why but moving on.. we got our breakfast. The kids loved their French toast sticks. Our breakfast sandwiches were so disgusting and soggy. I felt so sick after eating it.

The Whopper has got to be the best tasting and flavorful hamburger around. The charbroil is spot on. I wish I could get my burgers to taste this good when I grill them!
Vegetarian options: The veggie burger is also good.
Parking: The staff are great.
Kid-friendliness: My grand kids always want to come here.

This Burger King USED to be bad, but the current manager is doing a great job keeping the place clean and serving hot, fresh food. I don't understand the reviews about the staff being rude. They've been kind, friendly and respectful towards me every time I go. I have absolutely no complaints. This BK has made great improvements!
