I arrived at 5:40pm and dark outside, the only lights on were in the kitchen area. All outside lights were off.I went in and pretend to be a secret shopper. They were all in the back talking. I asked for a full fresh order. It was good. Went to my truck and all lights were on and 4 cars in the drive through. I managed in this industry. If I were Corporate I would fire them. My wife purchased food for me from this location last night. While i was on the phone with my wife i heard the workers and cant complain there but my complaint and reason for the 1 star i awoke today violently ill with what i can only believe to be food poisoning. My order was the bacon melt large fry and drink dr pepper and an 8ct chicken frys. This is my second time ever getting food poisoning and funny enough the first time was years ago at a burger king on 104th and federal. Never again will i eat at any burger king as these have been quite painful experiences.

WARNING!!!! Don't ever leave without checking your order! We ordered two Whopper Juniors, one with cheese and extra mayo. We got home and the one we wanted to have cheese and extra mayo only had cheese and extra mayo! No lettuce, no tomato, no onion, no pickle, NOTHING but bun, hamburger pattie, cheese and mayo! Talk about incompetent! And we were still charged for a whopper junior! Hubby wouldn't take me back so I just had to make do, but I am leaving this review!

Not sure if its a burger king cutting costs or maybe a longmont thing but the food here is meh boarding on eww. The employees are great and its pretty average burger king that looks clean but the food isnt it

This restaurant is usually only ran by 4 people maybe the manager is very nice and courteous she's very attentive and makes sure your order is done right and I've only seen I cook she's great does a great job at preparing the food not sloppy just good

The most amazing thing at BK is a WHOPPER, IF IT WASN'T FOR WHOPPERS AND IMPOSSIBLE WHOPPER, BURGER KING WOULD BE SO, SO. BUT THE WHOPPER IS OUT OF THIS WORLD !!,!!!,!
Usually not a problem at this place but recently there is no assistance at night drive thru. Saw two employees engaged in physical activities outside but minded my own business at went to the drive through only to not get helped. Might not come back.

Workers refuse to answer drive thru window after placing and order online at 11:19 am and getting there at 11:30. Worker ignored us at the window walked over poured themselves ice cream and walked away. Oh we waited over 15 mins before pulling up to the window.
Was rude from the beginning..... at drive through, didn't greet us right, while taking the order rude and was taking it without asking us the proper questions like.....what to drink with that meal? Do you want any sauce with that? No he assumed we wanted coke with our meals. When we pulled up and asked him if he wanted to know what we wanted to drink? It comes with drinks. Yeah but you have more than just coke.... I don't "Karen" tf out but I had to do what the situation called for. Take your time and not rush!!!! This all could have went down better if you had. I finally get my order it was short a fry..... no big deal just tops off the horrible costumer service with nuggets and fries spilt all over the bottom of the bag.
