My partner and I love to walk the dogs over here for a lazy morning hang. My partner always raves about the coffee and pastries and I get herbal tea or a ginger lemon shot in sparkling water which is super refreshing. I would love some herbal iced teas and some of their slushies without cane sugar (or stevia - maple syrup would be a fantastic alternative), but I can’t complain. It’s a sweet lil neighborhood spot with good vibes.
I’m so happy right now, the food, the service 👌 The French omelette was perfect and then the Palisade Peach Tart… I could eat three!! The coffee is GOOD! It’s so bright and lovely inside, the service was warm and genuine. Please stay in Hygiene forever 😻🫶
My partner and I are glorified coffee snobs and are so happy this high quality gem of a cafe exists in this little town. We come here with our dog and are always greeted with so much friendliness. Olivia is a sweetheart! The pastries are delicious with gluten free options. The french omelette is made of all local and organic ingredients. What a treasure!
