I've been coming to this location for the last 7 years and I have to say, as far as fast-food goes, this Carl's Jr. not only has the best food, but has consistently had the best service and friendliest employees. The chicken tenders are far superior to their competition, they have a great variety of burgers that are all very good, and they have the best French fries, better than even many restaurants! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quick drive-thru or even want to sit inside to eat.

I showed up at panda express 20 minutes before close to learn that they were "out of food." When asked, it's not that they were out, but that they didn't have it precooked, and therefore would only serve me 2 entrées, for 3 people. They were extremely rude so we left and came here. We walked in and the front of house was nice to us, put in our complex order correctly, and even managed to order the food to align with how we were seated so our visit was trouble free. They did good.

Okay the last time I went, wasn't very friendly. I went with my brother and the young girl at the window was rude and threw the change at us and we said " you dropped my change" and she said " you can get out of your car and get it or just leave" and slammed the window on us and turned her back on us! That will be the last time I go there. Location : 17 th and hover

This is a good straightforward burger shop - nothing fancy, but tasty food at reasonable prices. My favorites here are the "$6 burger" (usually the 1/2 pound size) and the Super Star. I also like their criss cut fries, but usually forget to order them! This place is especially clean compared to most burger shops. Service is OK. In this chain they give you a table tent and bring your meal out to you, which is a nice touch.
With the plant base Burger they have great vegan options now. Getting your order right here is a 1in 3 chance. If you're willing to put up with having to get new fries and sometimes your order taken back to get it right I'm go here I would suggest driving to Firestone for some reason they have less employees and can get your order right every time after Carl's jr.?

Sometimes they accept expired coupons and sometimes not. They tend to forgot sauces when you do drive thru. Last time I did drive thru the pop was about 80% ice.

WORST fast food place ever!! The little boy in the drive thru stole my credit card, thank God I knew for a fact that he didn't give it back because the barely English speaking manager Rosy tried to say she didn't know . It took me forever to get her to look into it. Acting like she's busy when there's literally 2 customers period, for them or probably is busy. My 2 year old could run this place better. Not to mention she did absolutely nothing to try making this better after driving over how get back to this dump! she says nothing she can do. I had my receipt I should get a refund for my gas and time, but i b have settled for an apology and a drink for my trouble. Real great customer service I wonder why they have no customers. theifs, liars, and the food sucked it was cold and sloppy
