Everytime I try to pick up an online order, I have to stand there, waiting, at LEAST 5 minutes, with the completed order in sight, just to be even be acknowledged. It's exhausting.

I've never had a problem with their food, I just give it a 4 as it's fast food. They are always super busy and do a great job of handling it all with kindness and grace. I gave the service a 4 as I stood up at the mobile order for a while, with multiple staff members who looked at me or even squeezed by me to get from the front into the back area, but no one acknowledged me or asked what order I was waiting for or asked if I'd been helped. I know they call your name, but for all they knew I hadn't heard it or been there when they called it. This was at Longmont. The Loveland one has never done this to me. They are on point!

We came here for my nieces birthday lunch and the staff were super nice and outstanding. Very sweet with her and even sang her happy birthday which was really cute. These kind of people is what makes this world a better place and warm heats ! Really appreciate them.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered: 1 spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles; 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with cheese and no pickles; one large Coke. The person who took our order read the no pickles part back to us correctly. But what we wound up getting was 3 sandwiches with pickles, and no Coke. When asked at pickup if we could add a Coke there, the person seemed a bit irritated but complied. Should have checked the sandwiches at the drive-thru too, but made the mistake of trusting them. This happens a lot at this location, sadly.

Chick-fil-A is a clean and well maintained restaurant that provides consistently good food. I've been to this location many times and have never had a mistake on my order, and the food is always been well made and fresh. It is a busy location, but they are adept at making and serving your food quickly. As with other locations, it is not open on Sunday.

Concierge level of customer service I just got rung up by Brent Gooch - I felt really taken care of, and they delivered my food to my table and asked how everything was and even took my tray for me
I wouldn’t have even come here because I thought everything was too expensive - I had gotten a gift card so I came to check it out.
I gotta say that it’s actually worth it for the money that they charge
