I stopped by, and it was super busy. The people that were taking orders skipped me 3 times until I yelled at the guys to acknowledge me, and then he said it's not his problem like what? Pay attention to what you're doing. With the mobile order cutting in front of me, I was not at all happy with this visit
I always go through drive thru. Love their Chick Fillet Sandwiches with Chick Fillet Sauce. Always top notch. Their shakes are great—a real splurge though. Fast and friendly service. Definitely something you do t see everywhere.

I used the mobile order drive thru to pick up my order. There were 2 cars already in the lane and a line in the other drive thru. We alternated cars so I was behind someone who ordered thru the other lanes. When I got up the the window to get my food, I was handed my drink and told to go park the parking lot across the street and my food would be out. There was no explanation as to why I had to do this and I was the only car out of the entire drive thru to have to do this. I go to the chick fil a almost every Saturday for breakfast and now I'm questioning if I should continue.
Overall great food option. Good flavor, consistent. Unfortunately, forgetting to give drink straws to customers and doordash drivers is also very consistent. Very frustrating having to stop somewhere else to get straws when I leave, or if I do doordash, I'm just stuck without a straw. Suggest reminding employees/coworkers to not forget items so often. Otherwise maybe pursue a different way of distributing straws that could be more efficient.

We drove a half hour for lunch and it was perfect. Not only were we greeted almost immediately,but with respect and kindness. Every single crew member went above and beyond to make sure that we had a pleasant experience. Mr. Gooch even made himself available to all guests. We are beyond impressed with Mr. Gooch, Donovan and everyone on that team.
This place goes the extra mile to Chick fil A already amazing company brand of great customer service. My family and I came here for lunch and my daughter wanted an ice cream cone and she got an offer to make the cone. It wasn’t super busy (just before the lunch rush) so maybe they had some time to do this but regardless it was special. There was a worker playing instrumental music on the guitar and as always the manager was working just as hard as the employees ensuring customers were greeted and enjoying the service. I had to post about this specific location. Thank you for making my daughter feel special.
