I've never had a problem with their food, I just give it a 4 as it's fast food. They are always super busy and do a great job of handling it all with kindness and grace. I gave the service a 4 as I stood up at the mobile order for a while, with multiple staff members who looked at me or even squeezed by me to get from the front into the back area, but no one acknowledged me or asked what order I was waiting for or asked if I'd been helped. We came here for my nieces birthday lunch and the staff were super nice and outstanding. Very sweet with her and even sang her happy birthday which was really cute. These kind of people is what makes this world a better place and warm heats ! Really appreciate them.
