Had heard some reviews on this place thought I would give it a try. Had the spicy Korean with lo mein, dumplings, and egg drop soup. The food was very greasy. The chicken was gross. The soup was thick almost slimy. For a 20.00 dinner this was so not worth it. Won't be back

This is our weekly stop. They are consistently good. They have great service and my kids love their food. It is equally comparable to Panda Express. The chicken wings were surprisingly delicious. They were crispy fresh made when you order them and one of the best chicken wing places that I've actually visited in town. I would definitely recommend the wings. I feel like they give you a large portion for the price that you pay and they always have coupons for you to use and they're really nice. While I gave it five stars. I wouldn't say that it's the top-notch Asian food, but it's definitely five stars for a fast food drive-thru Asian food restaurant. I hope that they will stay in Longmont. I know that times are tough but it's really nice to have a change of pace and I definitely like going to this restaurant for my kid's and myself.

It doesn't seem like they much care about to-go or Grubhub orders. No sauce (let alone the extra I ordered), no utensils, no napkins. Kind of irritating.

We tried Chicken Jacks for the first and last time this evening. Don't get me wrong, the jacks chicken was decent minus the gristle they left on it. The dumplings were hard and dry like they came out of a microwave. We used their website to order and pickup from the restaurant like we do with so many others. They charged us $3 extra per meal compared to the menu they attached to the bag. No where on the order does it show this up charge. I am so sick of this hidden charges.

Tried the new Kung Pao chicken and a mango boba. Both were delicious! My order took a little longer (no biggy was made to order) and they offered me a free appetizer. I asked for the crab rangoons/wantons and they seemed to have sat out for a bit as they got chewy but the inside was great! Will try again soon!

Overall okay food. I wish the Orange Chicken was spicy. It's fast food so I'm not expecting much. Mac salad is worth getting. Steamed vegetables are a nice choice, too.

My first time into this location was great. Their spicy chicken and sauce was absolutely fantastic. I got the Jacks Spicy chicken plate with lo mein and two spring rolls. Everything was delicious!Great portions at reasonable prices.I'll be coming back for sure.

First time we ate here and the food was great. We tried the spicy korean chicken and chicken jacks with lomien and fried rice in it. They serve a lot though ?, it seems like one box is good for two person ?. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Dark meat (the best), not too greasy (but I do like grease).Some of the negative reviews complained about small portions, so I weighed mine. 1/2 lb, exactly as advertised (see pic). Tons of me mein too, but I would have preferred less noodles, more veg.Pot stickers, egg rolls and wontons were ok. Spring rolls were filled with something pasty, not much veg. Hot and sour soup and egg drop soup were both good, as were the kimchi and seaweed salad. And yes, I ordered all that just for me. $30, great deal. I had leftovers.
