I just ordered a veggie quesadilla. When I say its one of the top I've had in my life. It was worth the wait and Time.

The owners were very kind and friendly as well. Im definitely coming back. I almost went back after eating for seconds. Haha

The food was pretty bad unfortunately. The queso tasted burnt and the tacos were very disappointing. The cilantro lime rice also had a strange smell and tasted funny. I was not impressed.

Arguably the best tacos I've ever had. This place is incredible.

I ordered the Mac Daddy tacos. The taco shells were unbelievable; crisp, textured, flavorful, and fresh. The three sauces that came with the tacos, with (what I assume is) the green chile sauce being the highlight. Plenty of pork per taco, and the proportions of the toppings were superb. So juicy that you're bound to make a mess eating it, so make sure you have plenty of napkins on hand!

Will certainly be coming here again to try the other dishes, as well as to visit the remainder of the restaurants at the Parkway Food Hall! Can't recommend themis spot enough!

Wow, went for lunch today. I ordered the vegtarian tacos and these were AMAZING. Not just your average bland vege mix, this was filled with fresh peppers and cabbage, homemade corn tortillas. The flavors were wonderful. Customer service, on point. Thank you Dillon, we had a great time talking with you too! I highly recommend Chile Con Quesadilla Longmont.

Amazing veggie Quesedilla! Wish they had a vegan protein but it’s still really one of the best quesadillas I’ve had. The seasoning is amazing!

I have had meals from the restaurant and the food trucks and both have been very pleasurable and tasty moments/meals. They have unique recipes, authentic Latin culture, great vibes, and treat everyone they serve as familia. You will never be unsatisfied and will Never leave the restaurant hungry. I highly recommend you drop in and try EVERYTHING! Then rinse and repeat.?

This was a great find! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and yummy food. What more could you ask for. There’s also a bar if you’re so inclined. I for sure will be coming back.

This place is amazing! I’ve been to both the Longmont location and Brighton location. The food is so delicious, the employees are friendly and so helpful and the atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend visiting both locations.

My family checked out the new Parkway Food Hall in Longmont, and this place really stood out. I had the Triple-B Tacos, and they were absolutely amazing! My picky eater got the pork tacos plain, and she actually ate all 3, which is unusual for her to finish anything, so it says a lot about the quality and preparation of their meat. We got the chile fries, and they were also a hit. I definitely recommend this place, and there's plenty to explore in the Food Hall.
