Met some friends for lunch. I was late and was teased by wait staff at my arrival, in a friendly way. Had my food delivered timely and bill was split rightly. We were checked on several times and asked if we needed anything. Wait staff thanked everyone in person after checks paid.

They served burned rotten shrimp that smelled rancid.... they forgot to send ice cream and toppings with the lava cake.... that burned shrimp stunk so bad, though. .. and they never brought the order out after it being 30 minutes past the time for it to be ready.

What a terrible experience. Hostess was clueless when she was at the front. Only two servers so we had to wait even though multiple tables open. Finally sat for 10 minutes and no one showed up to take any order. We left. What a poorly managed chilis. I worked at chilis when in college. Never like this place. Management should be ashamed. This place is pathetic when it comes to service. Not sire about the food since no one ever showed up to take an order. I'd give it 0 if I could. Total incompetence from top to bottom.

By far the worst experience I've had at this location. Started off with a coke that was carbonated water. Took 20 mins to get a new one. Food was over cooked and burned. Waitress was more interested in the TV than tending to her tables. Asked for a refill towards the end of the meal, never got it. Had to stop at a gas station on the way home because I was so thirsty. The service is usually better than this.

The service staff worked well, but the overall experience was unpleasant. The waiter was responsible, nice, and apologetic, as was another waiter and the kitchen, but the technology that handled ordering and billing fell apart when we tried to use it. Orders got deleted on the waiter’s end, but were still sent to the kitchen. The billing tablet would not process the options it gave us and had to be repeatedly fixed by staff. The obviously knowledgeable staff still could not deal with the faulty chainwide software. The protective tablet cover was almost a joke given that the software crucial to a well working restaurant was faulty. The food was well prepared by the kitchen was not worth the 30 minutes it took the software to send the orders, the 30 minutes it took to fix different software mistakes, and the 20 minutes to repeatedly fix being charged incorrectly and being charged for things we didn’t order.

Now after looking at the review s I am wondering where is the great service talked about. No one greeted us coming in for like 5 minutes, then after seating us. We waited another 10-15 minutes before we ordered. After WATCHING us spill a drink not one of the staff asked to get us a rag or napkins. Our neighbor from the next table offered their napkins. Then having to wait an additional 1/2 hour to get appetizers and then finally our food came. The staff passed our table SEVERAL times never trying to take any of the Many Napkins and dirty plates in our table. Even our waitress let them sit on our table with nothing in her Hands she should’ve taken them.This Chili’s has become so bad with service. I wanted to tell all the people RUN. We got there around 5 and it’s almost 7.
