China Gourmet is one of those spots in Longmont that feels like a hidden gem. Every time I’ve visited, the food has been absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. I've been going to this restaurant for the past 13 years, but now it's under new owners/management and they have made it way much better. Service is great, place is very clean, and the atmosphere is very relaxing even when there are several tables occupied. They have the most delicious Kum pao shrimp I've ever had and their shrimp with broccoli is just perfect. I hope they keep it that way!

I live locally and eat here often. It my favorite lunch when I am working from home. They do add a good amount of vegetable but I feel that makes it healthier. They cook things very fast but if you look at them (behind counter) they have a super hot wok to do that. HUGE FAN.
